Shit I’ve heard this song live at least 27 times but I’ll say it’s 100x more refreshing to get this early on the set than at the end, what a hype performance

@@MrShangtsung ando conociendo el país me vine con la visa Working Holiday, asique fui al festival como voluntariado, trabaje 16 horas en 2 días , Metallica empezó a tocar a las 21:50 pm asique más menos debió haber sido a esa hora , no recuerdo el setlist jaja y si acá a las 3:30 AM ya está saliendo el sol, cosas del verano de esta parte del mundo

(Edit). I now think the crowds energy was what helped fuel this performance....it's a performer/audience relationship that makes the difference. when the band hears the crowd sing back to them in Unison,they love it and play harder.majical experience.👏♾️

I love when bands do things during their performance that let you know they're actually performing live and not just miming to a recording. All the little embellishments, pauses, callouts, etc. That's real music.
What I love about their performances is it is never about glitz, sure they have some cool visuals as a backdrop, but no loud costumes, no gaudy makeup, this is about the music and the sound and they nail it every time. I also respect and enjoy bands that can sound as good live as they do out of a studio! Metallica is one of those few bands that pull it off.
I was there!!! My first time watching them! I’ve been a fan for over 20 years but never got a chance to see them live until this day! Best concert I’ve ever seen in my life!!

With as many times as this has been covered and rearranged riffed on it’s amazing that they’re still able to put such energy behind it. And you can tell when they’re really loving a song like they are here. Such a solid performance.

Easily the best additions to their current setlist in my book. Dirty window is already good on St. Anger but when played live it's just so raw and brutal.

Haha, well they did come on at 9:45 pm, so this was right around 10 pm. source I was there, my first time seeing them live after listening to them since I was like 9 or 10 in 94ish (thanks big brothers and cousin :D ) It was amazing to finally see them
