Just confirmed now, Pwede. Same yung MRN ng actual bill dun sa disconnection notice. Look for Meralco Reference Number dun sa baba under unpaid bills.

I do this on paymaya and it wont work for overdue amounts. Also I did not get my bill this month from Meralco. :( Did everybody else not get the current April bill from Meralco?

Pag po ba hindi match yung total current amout and total amount due di po pwede magbayad?
Ask q po panu pag ganito lumabas mag validate pa kaya kase nag deduct sakin or if d po xa mavaildate ilang days po kaya marefund ung bnyad..Your transaction to Meralco amounting to P1,370.37 is still being validated. If the payment processing fails, you will receive your funds back within the next banking day.

Tanong lang po sa mga nakaranas na. Ilang days after due date yung maputulan ka ng meralco? Kasi due date ko is 29 then yung sweldo ko sa 31 pa balak makapag bayad okay lang po Kaya yun? Salamat sa makakasagot

Hello po ask lang nag bayad po ako ng 8pm thru gcash sa meralco and may meralco app po ako para na ccheck ko kung na babayaran naba o hindi pa 1st time lang po bakit di pa po na wwala ung bill ko sa meralco app kahit nag bayad nako sa gcash

I have tried processing payment with different amount on the total current to total amount due, what i had done is i pay first the oldest bill using the exact MRN of the old bill and next is i paid my 2nd bill using the MRN of the bill but only the total current amount i posted on the payments and not the total amount due of the bill, and boom, gcash accepted the payments..
your able to pay the current charge and not the total amount due, is that correct?

@@napster001 every MRN on the bill designates to the current balance charge on the statement, if you do have an existing bill that includes the balance of the previous bill, you have to get the original statement of the previous bill, that bill correspond a certain MRN associated on the specific charge on the specific month..you have to pay that first using your gcash, next, go to the current bill that has total balance due, choose the current bill and not the total due, that charges current bill on the statement connect directly to the MRN of the bill..

I tried to pay my bills using gcash it just texted me that it's been processed and the payment will be posted next business day. I just don't know if it's already been posted or what
sorry didn't see this, didn't seem to go into my notification. but you can confirm by downloading the meralco app as well. Just check your account balance and it should be zeroed out in 1-2 days :)
How to pay without reference number or the 26 digits so that the payment will go through using GCash since ECQ
If you have past bills of the last 3 months, use that to register to meralco online to get your latest bill. Hopefully that has your latest MRN. Just can't confirm because I don't have a meralco online account

i would not recommend that. best kung isa isa mo lang gawin. As i've said, total current amount lang and dapat binabayaran per bill.

Always says check mrn. Even if correct and correct total and current. Help pls. I accidentaly register to paperless billing so its hard for me to pay on bayad ctr
Did the reference number match with the number that appears after scanning? They should match. Sometimes I get a different number when I scan especially if the bar code is blurry.
Try entering the MRN manually, then make sure you're only paying for the CURRENT amount stated in the bill you scanned, up to the last centavo.
I have unpaid bills due to ecq and I do not have the MRN since hindi pa din dumadating bill up to now. I only have the latest May billing from Meralco online. Pwede ba na twice magbayad using current amount and same MRN para macover yung total amount due?
Unfortunately no. One MRN refers to a specific month's current amount Lang.
So your April and March bills didn't appear on your meralco online? That's weird :/
Have you tried paying instead directly sa meralco online? There's a way there to settle everything, pero it needs a credit / debit card though
Im trying to pay my meralco bill now na quarantine using gcash when i try to scan the code ung account number ung nasscan nya and i dont have the MRN 26 digits. Kc napunit na nung nagbayad ako before sa bayad center. Anong reference number ang ggamitin ko to pay? Nag eerror kc, sabi must be 26 digits
Hi! Kada bill po has a unique MRN. Last month's MRN is different from this month po so it's not going to work if you scan last month's bill to pay for this month. You'll really have to wait po for this month's bill.
I was having a hard time when I first tried because it says check mrn and then I tried inputting the correct total current amount matching the ref # and when I clicked next po it says naman na "UNABLE TO ESTABLISH CONNECTION WITH MERALCO.PLEASE TRY AFTR FEW MINS"
i thought I already figured out after wtching this and can finally pay my previous and current bill since due date na ng current ko today and hndi sya nag go go through even when I tried it again after minutes passed.. pano po kaya yun meaning ba sa meralco ung problem? What if the billing statement of present bill hasn't come yet due to enhanced quarantine and you wanted to pay for it before the due date comes?
Gcash gonna ask for its reference no.and nothing to key in,coz u never handed the billing statement yet,what would u do?

I have the same problem po right now. But if you have at your bill from at least the past 3 months, you can register to meralco online so you can get your electronic bills from there.
@@steepsmSir paano if reflected na ang bills sa meralco online due date is April 22 pero hnd mkapaggenerate ng pdf or electronics bills kc khpon lang ako ngregister sa meralco online and based sa system, next bill na daw ako mkakapag-generate ng pdf since kakaregister ko plang at nauna magreflect yung due bills ko. May way pa ba ako pra makita ang MRN? or can I use old MRN past 3 months?TIA
@@kevinmirasol9886 MRN is unique per bill po so your past month's MRN will not be applicable. You'll have to wait na po until next month. I believe extended naman daw po ang payment due dates

Make sure po na you're only paying the TOTAL CURRENT AMOUNT of that bill. Mageerror po ung payment kapag hindi pahero ung ibabayad mo sa current amount.
how to pay not using the scanner?
Enter nyo Lang po ung customer account number (CAN). Mas maigsi na po yan now (10 digits nalang) kesa Dati Kaya kahit no scanner madali na mag bayad.

I always pay via gcash, mga ilang taon na, and never ako nagka problema. Give it 24 hours to 48 hours.
I don't know pano Nila nasabi na hindi pwede eh bayad center system (which meralco owns) mismo ginagamit sa bills payment ng gcash.

hello! not entirely sure. but if your payment pushed through, may under payment ka lang na 50 cents which should reflect on your next bill.

Kelangan nyo po copy nung bill for the next month. Then scan that bill, and pay the current amount of that bill po.
After paying via GCash, no need to email Meralco na naman no? Just wait until it reflects right?

Hindi po dependent sa office hours ung payment. You can pay anytime. Must have been a temporary issue.

Last month's bill's MRN ung for last month. I also don't have this. I asked customer care na but they haven't replied pa.

Hi Betang, register ka lang sa meralco online tapos puede mo tignan doon yung previous bill mo na di pa nbayaran, tpos tignan mo nlng ung MRN doon. Naging problema ko din yan dahil yung latest bill ko mgkasama ung di kabayaran at ung current. binayaran ko muna ung current gamit ko ung current MRN. Tapos tinignan ko nlng ung previous bill ko sa Meralco App para makuha ko ung MRN non, tapos balik ako Gcash same procedure. Ang iba lang ay yung current amount at MRN. Na kinuha ko nga sa previous bill ko. Hope this helps👍🏼

Try again Lang po later. Sometimes may maintenance Lang sa app or sa meralco system which causes it to be temporarily unavailable.

2 separate payments po. Ung exact amount ng current amount po ang tatanggapin nung system.

You don't need to pay for that. Just pay for the current amount. The reconnection fee is paid only pag disconnected ka na mismo.

im using meralco app, dun ko na nakikita yung TOTAL CURRENT AMOUNT , (march and april bill)
pero ayaw pumasok ng total amount due , kaya ginawa ko nag bayad ako via gcash from their individual MRN , at nabayaran ko na, but meralco app doesnt reflect any notification na nabayaran ko na , samantalang nabawasan na gcash money ko ,
it takes about 1-2 days before it reflects on the app. Mine took around 24-26 hours before nag zero sya sa meralco app

@@steepsm pero nakakagulat yung ibang bill ng month of May, sobrang laki, buti yung saken mas bumaba pa, actually mas na kontrol pag gamit ng kuryente nung nasa bahay ako. May oras lahat ng pag gamit. Pero yung iba may mali talaga sa computation ng bill ngayong May kasi x10 ang nadagdag sa bill nila.

Actually ang sinabi ko po ay lumang bill / past due bill. Rule of thumb: To pay overdue = pay CURRENT AMOUNT of PAST BILL.

Kahit hindi nakapangalan sayo pwede gamitin. Pero ung confirmation if pumasok na yung bayad, you will receive a message from 2882.

You wont get a traditional receipt since this is paperless but you will receive a notification via text and email (as long as you entered it) of the payment you made, including reference number.

Pay current amount of the bill. 1 transaction per bill. Then Ung past amount due (Kaya sya iba), you need the past month's bill.
