Seju visuals got changed I think even before rework, because she had "arctic bikini" kinda deal going on. And then when she was reworked, it came with traditional skin... which still shows much less skin than the original base visual.

Evi smurfed it, he said Leblanc, and Leblanc is the one that "created" Rell in order to defeat Mordekaiser, until Rell killed her captors and escaped. So going by the first clue alone, the one champion that actually wants to defeat Mordekaiser is Leblanc, not Rell

Rell's first clue's threw me off as I'm quite certain Leblanc was the big brain behinds Mordekaisers defeat. Rell is said to be able to match Morde ones she reaches her full potential also as counter measure if Morde would return which is a likely scenario.
