As a coaster enthusiast, this is one of my favorite rides of all time. I don't care that it's a family coaster, the experience is frickin awesome!!
It's amazing, there is nothing else out there quite like it. It's the ultimate feel happy experience, it's near impossible to not have a big smile at the end of the ride.

Wow! Moulin Rouge is the LAST thing that I would think about when thinking about roller coasters. This is one of the most unusual combination of things that in a ride that I've ever seen.
It works really well though, we loved it :)
It is in the french pavilion of the theme park and a much better fitted theme then the previous very dated millennial cyber techno theme on this coaster that had no connection to french culture or Paris as a city
@@nickcooke1138 Well, france is one of the biggest player in the Space industry (from satelites to rockets (with Ariane) to launches in French Guiana).
On my side (as a french person), I find the new theme pretty cringe and out of place. Meanwhile the previous theme was a real journey with a great atmosphere and a great soundtrack.
When i was a kid (and even later as an adult) I always did Eurosat when I went to the park because it was an amazing experience I looked forward too. Despite being far from a great ride in itself.
Now I mostly avoid it (even tho the ride is now technically better).
I also dont see how kids and young teens can even relate to a Moulin Rouge theme, meanwhile a Space theme will hit home right away (like it did for me and others when we were young).
I do agree it was getting outdated tho, but a refresh while keeping the same theme would have been better imo.
But from my understanding my take on that ride it rather uncommon so oh well... it is what it is I guess.
This coaster looks amazing. Like a weird cartoonish nightmare.
I need to get my ass to Europa Park, but it's a 6 hour drive.
It's worth the trip if you can make it 🙂 It's a stunning park.
Went on this ride a year ago when I went to Freiburg on holiday, it's such a fun ride and this is probably my favourite theme park I've been too. Such a fun theme park.
We loved this ride also. Europa is definitely one of the best parks in Europe.

It's very dark in there, POVs don't really do the coaster any justice. It's one of those coasters you have to try in person to really appreciate it 🙂

Actually, I remember at one point, a Mount Fuji roller coaster was planned for the Japan pavilion. But it never got past development.

Some years before there was a space theme (Eurosat) inside this coaster. Then the tracks had been completely changed out and new cars are on the tracks. The theme had been changed to moulin rouge and france 🙂.

so, a coaster in a building that was basicaly the epcot dome, and the coaster is based on the same story as space mountain from the earth to the moon (space mountain in paris before it got changed... twice), in no detective, but i think europa park took some ideas from disney here lmao. europa park looks great, but this does feel kinna weird considdering how big they are

Yes, have to agree. Video footage doesn't do the real experience of riding this coaster any justice. It's one of those coasters that oozes personality. You can't help but smile when it pulls back into the station.
I cant see whats happening but Im sure Id love it. 😂 America is behind on the dark ride coasters and it makes me sad. 😭
It's pretty dark in there, but it's a really fun experience. If you're a fan of dark coasters, you would love it :)

Thank you :) This was filmed on a Go-Pro 8. It was set to 4K wide, the frame rate was lowered to 30fps so the camera could process the image a little better in low light.
So many people hate the new eurosat I think it was an alright improvement I do miss the space theme but I do like how it currently is

Yes, that's correct. The spiral section at the start, with all the Paris theming on the right hand side is the lift hill 🙂

Dont understand why people try and film dark rides. Its ridiculously hard to figure out what's going on. Could be upside down for all of it and we wouldnt know.
It's more to show the theming inside and hear the soundtrack for the ride. Even though it's dark inside, there is always something going on so you can make out all the scenery and props throughout the video.
Well it doesn't go upside down or have any major drops just like 2 and it's SOOO fun but loud idk if u went on it

We never got a chance to ride it as Eurosat unfortunately. It was however still pretty ace as the Can Can coaster 😁
