      Thanks, it's worked out really well as a dust collection solution where I didn't need to lay down a ton of tubing all over the shop.

    Good solution and I like the light too. 220VAC is 2-phase.

      Thanks:) The three phase power is for the table saw, it's an old school 5hp Delta, I now have the dust collection mounted above and that one runs off of regular 120

    That is really cool. Does the boom have any issues with picking up momentum and becoming unwieldy when you are swinging it around?

      So I've been using it for a few months now and that doesn't seem to be an issue. If I could do it over I would have made it slightly bigger on the inside. It was quite a tight fit to get a 4 inch pvc pipe in there with the 220 three phase electrical and 120 electrical in there already. The weight of the dust collection hose and the 220 power cord keep it where I need it most of the time.
