What’s the minimum days you can rent your house in this community?
Just had a quick question, are there any HOA fees or any sort of maintenance fees that need to be paid in order to keep living there or would that be factored into the price of the home or the monthly payment ? Thanks :)
There are HOA dues that would be in addition to principal and interest. Where dot you live now?
Robson Ranch HOA is $300 a month & that’s a lot so I can only imagine what they will be paying
Do you think you going to get resort style amenities with zero HOA fees...my suggestion for you is donrmove here cause it's you who will be complaining about paying $350 plus a month strictly for HOA

@@LIVINGINDALLAS I didn’t see a one story in the video. I plan to sell my house of 22 years and downsize as I ready for retirement. 2 story homes are much more popular so not as simple as you might think but I will find the right one.
