Wow, this tour was totally insane! I had no idea how complex this process was. I'll have a greater appreciation next time I sit down to a pancake breakfast!
What a spectacle! I second your views on the eclipse. So much more than I expected. We were so close. My daughter is at UMASS so she, her boyfriend and I drove up to a town north of St Johnsbury. I was following the weather and predictions were that it would be clearer to the east and that was the case. Basically no clouds.
Lon, I ordered your brothers syrup immediatley after the first video you did at his farm. I've been getting syrup from your brother since. Your brother syrup is the best syrup we've ever had.

The eclipse was amazing! Totality here in Arkansas, as well. What a surreal experience! Thankful God designed everything so that we get to experience it every so often at various places around the earth!
Great syrup, I've made 3 orders since the first video, and my family loves it. Kids definitely complain when we are at a restaurant for breakfast and don't have our "home syrup". Thanks Josh and Lon!

My top usages outside the obvious is salad dressing, on top on roasted pumpkin and as a glaze for BBQ ribs

Loved the first segment on your fam and enjoying the total eclipse. But, not a fan of your bro's commentary about "geopolitical blah blah blah OIL IS BAD". Too bad, was gonna place an order until hearing that.
Just one of the many reasons why we use wood. When the price of oil spikes (which it has), our wood supply is right in our back yard. Why should i buy energy from the saudis when i manage a rich energy reserve in my backyard? And dont worry, i got a 500 gallon oil tank on the farm for machinery and i fill it more often than i would like. Variety is the spice of life : ) geopolitics is only one reason we use wood, but not the.
Also 2 of our employees are disabled veterans (they would work circles around any able body you could find). They served in Iraq and afghanistan, and theyre proud of their work here.
