Cheers for watching guys! Really much appreciated, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yeah I absolutely love it, all I need really. Definitely recommend it as it's fairly cheap too 😊🤘🤘👍
@TheDuckyCraft I actually have a Boss Katana amp now, and it is great! I'm just used to my old amp a bit more, but I am planning on using the Katana more in the future. Cheers 🤘🏻
Cheers for watching Adam! I'm really glad you enjoyed it! Yeah I love that amp, does everything I want it to do! Yeah I'm definitely keeping that sound, and the others I found too 😀🤘👍
Cheers for watching mate! Really glad you enjoyed it! Yeah it's a fantastic amp, does everything I want it to! Definitely recommend it as it's fairly cheap too. Ah nice one that's awesome mate! Good old classic sound, love it! That's really great too, I understand to positives and negatives of being a lefty guitarist. That's fantastic he plays though! Cheers 😀🤘🤘
Cheers for watching, really massively appreciated! I'm glad you enjoyed the video, it took a long time to make it. I'm glad you liked the amp sounds, it's a fantastic amp! I wouldn't want anything else. Cheers 😊🤘🤘
You should definitely keep those sounds mate towards the end of the video. The tone on the solo you played through the Metal Edge tone sounded great. Nice amp
Cheers for watching James! I'm glad you enjoyed the showcase! Yeah I definitely will mate! I'm gonna add them to my footswitch, have them as my 2nd row of sounds. Nice I'm glad you liked the metal edge sound, was very similar to Obituary I thought. It sounded awesome! Cheers man, yeah I love that amp! 😁🤘🤘🤘
Yeah man, it's fantastic! It has a huge variety of sounds, all you can edit to your preference too. Really great price too, definitely recommend it. The 50W is the perfect middle ground too, not too loud for at home, but not too quiet for a gig! Perfect amp, it's all I could ever need honestly 😊🤘👍
Cheers for watching mate! I'm really glad you enjoyed it! Took me 2 hours to film, and I was super happy with the editing! I appreciate your support mate 😀🤘🤘
@@JoshKeech sometimes things take longer than we wish. Great variety of sounds (probably tell I haven't a clue about amps and pedals or guitars for that matter!)
Yeah man, though I knew it was gonna take some time to make. But yeah took me all morning to make! Cheers man, I wanted to showcase the variety of the amp with all the different sounds. Yeah I understand that, that's ok though I don't expect everyone to understand what I was talking about. I'm happy you enjoyed the video that's what matters to me! 😀🤘👍😁
That amp sounds awesome. Very thorough video and love the tone run down. The clean channel is so crisp. Metal Edge sounds a lot like the Randall Dimebag type tones. Also what kind of picks do you use? They look like the Jazz IIIs? I've been on the Dunlop Ultex .90's for some time now. Always curious what picks we all use!
Cheers for watching Mickey! I'm glad you enjoyed the video mate, yeah I love this amp. I used it for my Warrior project and most of my guitar videos. I'm glad you liked the tones I found, I should use them more. Yes I use Jazz III picks, they're the only picks I can get on with honestly. Ah ok, nice that's cool! Cheers 😊🤘
@@Bronco2Cj no I haven't had any issues personally. I dont think I've ever used the Bluetooth connection so I can't tell you what it's like. But if you hear what it's like recorded check out my EP Warrior in the clouds Pt.1, Pt.2 will be on the way in the coming months. I hope that might edge it for you, hopefully you'll enjoy it 😊🤘 But yeah, it's a good amp 🤘
@@Bronco2Cj You're welcome man! Cheers, I hope you enjoy the songs, and like the tone. You can find them on my RUclips home page, also if you type in Warrior In The Clouds it should come up. Cheers!! 😊🤘🏻
Cheers for watching John! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Nice one that's awesome mate, yeah I really liked it. Would definitely be good for Death Metal, very Obituary like 😀🤘🤘🤘
Cheers for watching. I didn't modify any of the settings of the tones I used at the start, they're the basic default settings. I didn't feel like I needed to as they sounded so good! If you mean weather I have reverb on delay off etc, I can't remember without looking at the amp I'm afraid. Hope that helps 😊🤘👍
@@JoshKeech Thanks! You must have received a model that had it set differently, my NWOBHM didn't sound that great out of the box, although it was a floor model so I got a slight discount 😄
Welcome, I hope that was helpful! Oh righ ok, I'm pretty certain mine was brand new (it's been a while since I brought it) and I didn't make any changes to the built in settings, apart from volume. Yeah it might have something to do with model, maybe the settings were different with the one you got (as it was a floor model). Ah nice that cool! Hope you enjoy it! 😊🤘👍
Cheers for watching! I'm glad you thought the sound was good, all I did was film with my phone. And I didn't add any EQ or effects or anything, just the clean amp. I wanted it to sound as raw as possible so you can properly hear the amp. Cheers 😊🤘
OK that's cool, thanks for the tip! If the cab sim is through doing the app or digitising that's fine for me, as I don't use that. I only use analogue 😁🤘🏻
i didn`t like any of the presets except for maybe one or two, marahall fury and ambient. had to tweak and mess around with them all, go through all the settings and finally got a few acceptable tones i`m happy with along with a weeping demon pedal. but that foot switch looks cool and i might swap the speaker for a celestion in the future.
Cheers for watching! Yeah ok that's fair enough, I felt the presets were really good. But it's all down to personal taste. I'm sorry to hear you've had all this trouble finding the right sounds for you. I've never heard of a weeping demon pedal honestly, sounds interesting. Yeah the footswitch is really cool, very simple to use. Ah ok that would be cool, celestion would be cool. My dad got a boss katana recently
@@JoshKeech not hating, i just feel like the presets sound a little too generic. but i love the marshall tone which is why i got it. i like the old school thrash metal tones. i got it pretty close with the od american amp, 100w power with the presence and resonance cranked to 9.5-10 along with the distortion and everything else but with the mids set to 0.5-0, and either the 1960hw or 1912 cab with a good amount of reverb. i highly recommend looking up the ibanez wd7 weeping demon if you`re interested in getting a wah pedal. its got lots of adjustability, looks and sounds badass with the code. i looked into getting a katana too. i have a little cube that sounds great in the extreme settings but it lacked the marshall tone which doesn`t seem possible to get from a boss amp no matter how much you tweak it. thanks for the upload demo and reply. keep the metal alive. cheers!
Yeah that's cool man I understand, that's fine. Honestly, for the 100 sounds I only use about 6, and most of them sound the same! I'm the same I love the Marshall tone! Ah nice that's really cool, I love Thrash Metal! Sounds cool. Ahh ok it's a wah pedal, I will look it up for sure. I've got a vox wah pedal myself, real old school. It sounds great. Ok that's fair enough man, I haven't heard of a cube, I'm not too big on gear. But yeah only Marshall's can do that proper Marshall sound, it's so hard to replicate. You're welcome man, thank you for watching and commenting. And I'm glad you liked the video 😊🤘
Thanks for watching. Oh I'm not sure to be completely honest. I just had a quick Google, you can bypass the preamp and the presets but I'm not sure about cabinet to cabinet. There's some good information on Marshall website, I hope that helps 🤘🏻
It doesn't come with anything physical, it's all built in. There's presets that have distortion and overdrive already built in. You can edit the delay, reverb etc of every preset. I hope this is helpful, cheers for watching! 😊🤘
