IMO The "best crossover" in history was the UTEP two step..not as flashy as Iversons drop cross but the change of pace and speed of the push cross made it extremely effective both in a fast break and in the half court.
when u going downhill u use the hesi to freeze ur defender (u usually dont use hesi's in when ur in full court offense casue u can get stolen easily) after u hesi I usually do like a push crossover or in n out

how do I handle high pressure defense or someone who is really physical and gets really close to you when you're on offense? Even if I do a retreat dribble, they still press me, and I tend to try to pass it off, and I usually end up in a really bad situation.
You need to utilize triple threat if the defender is challenging you that close, and use jab steps. Call screens if u need it, and if u retreat and they press, that’s when u need to blow by because they’ll be on their heels
hi JLaw i see why u should use ur hand to protect the ball from the D when under-cross him but dont u lose some of the quick boost if u don't push the arm to the other side? a quick D might recover and catch up

ive had it happen to me alot in games where the other team has one dude pressing the whole game. They are not in a team press but one player is plying fullcourt defense. Are there any moves good for that specific 1 on 1 situation. Are the crosses u showed here good
on your low cross, you need to start moving downwards with the ball and your upper body before you make the initial outward movement. This is what separates good and bad crossovers
