I am convinced Neuvillette is the most powerful playable character in the game. He may have no supportive abilities to speak of, but he makes up for it in attack. On top of everything he is hydro which is the most flexible element in the game.

My Neuvi was c3 and I was thinking to go for c6 or save my gems for Furina c2 with her signature but just an hour ago I still did it. got his 3 last constellations in just like 80 rolls and I regret absolutely nothing (though the first 4 were quite scamming me). After leveling him up I realized I didn't have that many great catalysts so decided to pull on the weapon banner (which i don't normally do) I expected to get some decent weapons and if lucky I would get his weapon MAYBE after 2 x five star pulls..............my first 10 x pull was a 5 star and it was his weapon. SO I JUST USED ALL MY LUCK FOR THE YEAR WHAT ABOUT YOU GUYS!? Lol.

I don't think we'll have a true hydro archon. I think the previous one never died and was cursed in some way like forbidden knowledge to become Furina and Neuvillette will use the hydro gnosis to become a full dragon like in the voice lines at the end of the video and act 4 seem to be hinting at .
I love him so much, he is the perfect package: hot, beautiful, mysterious, strong, kind, fun to play. I even threw out my plans on C0R1 and went for C2R1... if I just had won one more 50 50 he would be C3, but I guss I cant complain

$1000 is more than twice of what I spent for Welkin/BP playing three years straight, and you still need to be lucky to get a C6 within that budget... I don't see a C6 5-star ever going my way because even if I decided to save for one, I'm pretty sure I'd regret missing on all the other C0s I had to skip for that.

But money was tight this month so I did as much grinding as possible, even getting them primos from TCG, and I managed to get C1 Neuvillette so far!! Even with losing one 50/50 which was Dehya. Hoping I can get C2 before banner ends. Plus I got the weapon 1 time.
