- The 1975 surprised everyone last night by performing 'Me' at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC. This was our view from the floor, looking up through the smoke at the rooftop....it will remain one of my favorite moments of all time!
I'm so unbelievably grateful this was posted. I was at the show and I did not record any of it. Matty was facing me almost eye level while he was on the roof of the house so I do have a clear memory of it but to actually see that moment captured... Wow 😲 this song right here is one of the reasons I fell for the 1975. I had to check their ages when they wrote this song because I didn't believe that they could have that much life experience to write such a beautiful tragedy. Magnificent!!!
It affected me so deeply as well. I just couldn’t believe what I was seeing and hearing. We are so grateful to be able to share this moment.

i am so glad they didnt play this at my show because i would have blacked out and threw up its too much for me
biggest mistake yet best thing ever. my favourite song ever, saw it live and chose not to record it. the memory is visceral(2013)
