I'm glad to see a family coaster. Not all coasters have to be 300 feet tall with ten inversions and go over 100 mph. It's good to see a family coaster...so more people will ride it.
This is a great family coaster with incredible theming! It looks like so much fun! 🤩 This is what SeaWorld needed! I hope next year near Wild Arctic we get some dark ride, because SeaWorld doesn’t have any.
There’s things I’d do differently like add at least one animatronic penguin, a dark ride portion at the end too and music or at least some sound effects throughout the ride like the drops you’d hear penguin sounds. Anyway, other than what my Disney and universal mind wants, this coaster still looks a lot like fun
Ya the station theming is good but it's disappointing it doesn't keep the themeing throughout the ride. I would love a section where you do a drop surrounded by penguin statues who are sliding on their stomach's or something idk
I agree, but we cant have everything like Universal and Dinsey. Its just they said this ride was going to be their best display of themeing yet, and its still not that impressive.
I love family coasters! I went to Dollywood for Lightning Rod and ended up with Big Bear Mountain being the real standout for me there. Can’t wait to ride this in a couple months!
Dan, thanks for taking us all on your first ride. Video was awesome and loved your assessments once the train was pulling back into the station. Now I am stoked for my first ride likely in September.
This is another coaster at seaworld I’ve slept on and it actually looks interesting!! I’ll definitely check it out and make it my 160th coaster (according to LogRide)!!!
Honestly, a nice first coaster for the "big kids" 🥰 Seaworld just needs to lean a lot harder into theming and they just might be able to give the big two a run for their money with the next 5 years 👀
Thank you for sharing. So I decided to give it a go after watching your video. Umm I didn't realize the video was slow motion because let me tell you, that thing shoots you off. Kids enjoyed my torture however that will be my only time on that ride. haha!! Disclosure; I am not a roller coaster person since I've grown older.
Please tell me they’ll not use only 2 seat checkers if they want to run three trains. No stacking them! But they did the same for manta when it opened and look where it’s at now…
This is more like what ice breaker should've been IMHO. I still like ice breaker but I can't help but feel like this is a much more complete project. I guess Ice Breaker is still a step up in intensity from this, and before the other coasters in the park. Looks great though! I can't wait to ride!
The screening immediately takes me away from what is an otherwise really cool indoor scenery, and then post-launch it’s just an outdoors white track… Either way they’re doing a fun job at adding family friendly coasters and I’ve gotta make a trip to SeaWorld to try this out and do Pipeline again!
This is kind of giving me Disneyland Matterhorn vibes at the beginning, only… South Pole instead of the Alps. The course looks pretty legit for a family-style ride. Definitely appears fun. If anything could’ve been different, or possibly done later, I think they could’ve maybe had more of the track enclosed, like the Matterhorn, or more of the ride weaving in and out of the "ice tunnels" that start the ride.
Ride looks fun. Whatever camera stabilization is going on here, is among the worst I’ve ever seen. We’re on the brake run & the camera is still banked 30°… a bit ridiculous.
Can't wait for them to do 2 people operating the coaster with no grouper and 1 train causing this ride to have horrible wait times like all of their other coasters.
B&M, much like Vekoma, has come a long, long way since their early days. To me, Penguin Trek looks like a decent family ride with just that right amount of kick.
The moment I’ve been waiting for!!! Yet another project with Dan has come to an end. On to the next! Love the content
Appreciate it very much!
For what it is, it looks like a decent little family thrill coaster!
We definitely agree!
That’s a family coaster?
@@JoshThegreat-lu7bxyeah…
“It’s launch time baby!”
25mph later….lol
Nice little dark ride intro there. Nice to get out of the sun for a couple seconds.
It sure is!
awesome Clip & POV, also makes a great attraction for older folks who can ride with the young ones as well. looking forward to it! thanks!
Totally agree!

SEAWORLD DID DECENT THEMEING, about time ngl

Fantastic coverage as always, and topped off by a great POV!
Thanks a lot!

finallyyy! been watching all the videos. looks like a nice family launch coaster, enough thrill for most people while not being too much for kids
Honestly for a family coaster attraction this is pretty good, not to mention it looks better then the puck ride and darkoaster
Nice family coaster! Can’t wait to get on it
Thanks for another great update!
Looks amazing!

Looks like a decent family coaster.
I hope Sea World builds a coaster themed to Pink Chickens, Coaster Buns and Construction Ducks.
That would be incredible!
The queue had Orlando vloggers galore. Nice ride...Thanks4Posting.

Seen ya brother! Glad you liked it.
Hope it was well worth the wait 👍👍👍👍

What’s the point of making that much stabilized
Awesome!
Thanks!
Good looking family coaster. Kinda wish they themed the blue wall at the final break run.
Is it nice and smooth?

Cute theming, looks fun for what it is. Wonder how that track is gonna age, difficult paint job to keep looking fresh.
I like how the theming on the back of the building just stops.
Amazing ride and POV! I wish Darkoaster had theming like this ngl.
Please tell me they’ll not use only 2 seat checkers if they want to run three trains. No stacking them! But they did the same for manta when it opened and look where it’s at now…

The lack of themeing in ice breaker is sad. You don't even go through ice
@@ThemeParkAngel 100%, I know this ride could’ve had a lot more theming but it looks great when compared to ice breaker lol
@MrBetaKiller100 obviously this is just a video of the media event but I don't understand the lights and story of the ride
Wow looks well themed. The first time they do that on a ride since Antarctica.
Slinky dog with more penguins?
That’s spot on😂
Slinky dog but it’s fast and somewhat good? it also doesn’t valley without a full train
Good kids coaster
defnitly going to visit seeworld on my next american trip to visit this ride
Nice! How does that restraint feel?
Actually quite comfy!
Good theming for seaworld standards
Not sure why they didn't just do a snowmobile type coaster like the other tow parks besides another B&M
It's definitely a family coaster, but that's exactly what it was supposed to be. Looks like a slam dunk, to be honest.
Perfect for family’s with kids that aren’t quite big enough or daring enough to go on the big boyz
Wait, I thought I had read somewhere the ending scene of this ride was supposed to be the penguin habitat.
Is the station air conditioned to keep in line with the Antarctic theme?
It is!
Heck yeaah dude
I hope they have enough staff for her ops
How many trains does the ride have?
3!
wow.
Looks good. I'm slightly disappointed that the brake run wasn't themed in the least given the great opening sequence.
Wait… is it open for platinum pass holders?
pass holder preview starts tomorrow. I think today was media day.
Correct!
Meh, still not as thrilling as PINK CHICKENS!
This ride would be cool if they built icebergs outside around the layout that you fly through...simple theming that would be really effective
WOAH!!!!! SWEET!!🎉
They forgot the inversions... I know its a family coaster but even the largest most intense coasters have the youngin's riiding them.

I know its a family coaster, but those elements don't even hit at all

Your eyes are 30 degrees
BRING BACK UNSTABLE POVS
please
Still something missing 🤔 wait and see!
How??? Platinum pass sent till tomorrow
Media event!
@@MidwayMayhemChannel ahhhhh cool I’m going in the morning. Is it usually crowded for platinum pass holders?
i have never ride plpe line or penguin 🐧 trek before
Well, Penguin Trek just opened.
@@JayAlfordElementJMusic awesome amazing👏🤩 I wish ride it before test it
@@JayAlfordElementJMusic but I didn't

Opening week. Get ready
SeaWorld Orlando knows that they did well when the Disney fans are insulting the amount of theming on the ride
Huh. Ok.
that dark ride section does very little to sell the story
Good coaster to get the kids interested in the bigger ones and keep nagging their parents to bring them back. Sound investment
A lot of chatter but at least no “wheeee’s” like TPR.
Thanks!
The coaster part is exciting enough, but very disappointed with the themed elements.
I mean…it’s just a B&M copy of San Diego Manta.
Yeah, and one that is rough as the sources say
I can appreciate it for what it is and what it does BUTTTTTTTT Manta swsd better
Manta on top
The theming is horrible
They literally are 4 months late on release m and this is the coaster? Such a slow, short, anticlimactic coaster…. All hype for nothing…
Looks lame
Meh not worth the hype
That’s it?? What a weak ride. Seaworld is putting these crappy coasters in. The last two including this was trash.
B&M, much like Vekoma, has come a long, long way since their early days. To me, Penguin Trek looks like a decent family ride with just that right amount of kick.
