Stevie Wonder was a child prodigy who signed with Motown at the age of 11, where he was given the professional name "Little Stevie Wonder". He covered many genres of music such as R&B, pop, soul, gospel, funk & jazz. "Superstition" was one of his first big hits but he has had so many in his career such as "Uptight (Everything's Alright)", "I Was Made To Love Her", "For Once In My Life", "Signed, Sealed, Delivered I'm Yours", "I Just Called To say I Love You", "My Cherie Amour", "You Are The Sunshine Of My Life", "Higher Ground", "Living For The City", "Sir Duke", "Isn't She Lovely?" etc.
Stevie Wonder is not your "regular/run-of-the-mill" R&B artist. He almost approaches R&B with the experimentation of a Jazz musician (always a twist to be unique). Generations of musicians have been influenced by Stevie's creative "soulfulness" and vocalist equally the same. With all this soulful creativity, he always has a message of positivity of some sort to offer, making him deservedly the musical living legend that he has become!

It was 1979 and they played this tune for the first time in our Miami radio station. I was blown away and felt like a super fan. I heard about the Secret life Album and was salivating with the thought of the new songs. The song and the album debut at number one.
