I'm also having fun with lipsynch (using a clip form Seinfeld) but I'm not that confident yet to be using straight ahead animation so I'm using keys for now. but it's definetely something I would like to try one day, cause it really does provide a very smooth and organic feel. just as your examples illustrate very well! I will let you know when I finish and post the rough anim, and if I could have your opinion that would be great too!

Yes,, all straight ahead,, I'd go back and fix things here and there but no planning.
