Spin around, like a whirling dervish, clockwise (yang in the northern hemisphere/yin in the southern hemisphere) or counterclockwise (yin in the northern hemisphere/yang in the southern hemisphere). Chanting these mantras(yin mantras) heal each chakra: Um like "from"(root), Am like "Tom"(sacral/solar plexus), Oom like "room"(heart), Em like "them"(throat), Om like "home"(heart/throat/pineal) and Ngm (humming with tongue on the roof of the mouth/pineal/crown). These mantras build yang in the body: Eem like "team", Im like "him" and Am like "lamb". Chant these mantras a number of times at the corresponding sound frequency for each chakra: 1,2,4,8:256hz(root),144:288hz,34:272hz,33:264hz(sacral),5,20:320hz(solar plexus),88:352hz,21:336hz,89:356hz(heart),3,12:384hz(throat), 7:448hz,13:416hz,(pineal),54:432hz(left brain), 55:440hz(right brain), 60:480hz(crown). The days of the week relate to the chakras as follows: sunday(root), monday(sacral), tuesday(solar plexus), wednesday(heart), thursday(throat), friday(pineal), saturday(crown). Sleep with the head placed east. The cardinal directions represent the 4 seasons: east(spring), south(summer), west(autumn), north(winter) in the northern hemisphere or east(spring),north(summer), west(autumn), and south(winter) in the southern hemisphere. Stare into these symbols before sleep in order: the eye of horus and its mirror image, the eye of ra, one eye at a time, 7 colored rainbow, then the torus yantra, pentacle, metatron's cube, heptagram, enneagram and then the flower of life mandala before sleep. Go for walks while breathing deeply through the mouth and nose(count your breaths based on the number of chanting repetitions for each chakra depending on the day of week). While walking also periodically touch each finger tip to the tip of the thumb and make fists(mudras). Lift weights and box a punching bag. Place coiled copper wire into the soil and grow non-gmo soy, wheat, corn, mint potatoes, regular(unfeminized) cannabis seeds(sour hebrew national, mercury rising)and papaver somniferum(7 year crop rotation). Get natto starter to make natto. Place bare feet and hands on the grass. Sunbathe or shine white LED light on skin during the day and at night use LED lights on red(sunday), orange(monday), yellow(tuesday), green(wedsnesday), blue(thursday), indigo(friday) or violet(saturday) settings and expose all skin to the light. Another helpful suggestion. From friday sunset to saturday sunset rest the sabbath which means no lighting fires(no lighters, stovetops, etc.), no physical exercise, no singing or listening to music, and no buying or selling. This will increase yin in the body for the following week. Breaking the sabbath(doing the opposite) will increase yang in the body for the following week. During the sabbath, if keeping the sabbath, wear all white clothing. If breaking the sabbath, wear all black clothing. Rotate the sleeping cardinal direction at the end of every sabbath: east, south, west, north in the northern hemisphere or east, north, west, south in the southern hemisphere. Take boswellia, neem(sparingly), cinnamon, turmeric, curcumin, nutmeg, gotu kola, schizandra, fo-ti, oregano oil, garlic, vitamins and minerals. Drink lemon juice, lemon balm, mint herbal teas and kefir. Drink organic caffeinated coffee, tea or cocoa in the morning(take breaks from caffeine as well). Also take n-acetyl cysteine, bromelain and nattokinase(detox). Drink baking soda in water(alkaline),brush teeth and gargle with baking soda. Gargle and bursh teeth with peppermint, clove and cinnamon oils. Experiment with resting one different day of the week the same as the sabbath(from sundown to sundown)or every other day sabbath. Worship these solar/lunar:Brahma/Saraswati(east), Vishnu/Lakshmi(south in the northern hemisphere/ north in the southern hemisphere), Shiva/Kali(west), and Yama/Dhumorna(north in the northern hemisphere/south in the southern hemisphere). we are not a buddha so we should not think we pronounce a esoteric doctrine as skillful so dont gp against those that you think are wrong for keeping it secret, they are not as skillful as a buddha

When the Thunderbolt strikes you, you see that you saw everything wrong. Seeing things properly (without Avidya) allows you to see what is "secret". Not because it is hidden on purpose, but because not seeing is the most literal meaning of Avidya (Ignorance)

2.3 After completing a ritual, one can gain the power of a deity to perform various actions in the world, and in some cases, it is understood that ordinary beings and divine bodhisattvas are one and the same, with an emphasis on the corporeality of Awakening.
2.4 Human sexuality and amorous relationships are seen as expressions of Ultimate Reality and the bodhisattva of compassion in Esoteric Buddhism, often depicted through common images such as the vajra and the Lotus.

2.6 Hand positions and mantras are used in Esoteric Buddhism to manifest the presence of Buddhas and bodhisattvas in oneself and in ritual environments.
    3. 12:24 📿 Esoteric Buddhism uses mantras, mandalas, and rituals to affect the world, gain magical powers, and transform impure substances into pure ones.
3.1 Mantras and Vidya are vocal utterances used in esoteric Buddhism to affect the world, with the Mantra of light being recited while sprinkling divinely charged sand over a corpse to send them to the pure land, and in Japanese Buddhism, the script for writing the mantras known as siddam was preserved.
3.2 Mandalas are considered a form of religious technology and a visualization practice, often associated with meditation and depicted as a palace with different deities, with the Buddha at the center.
3.3 Mandalas are objects of devotion and worship, with the idea of visualizing oneself as the Buddha in the center.
3.4 Votive fire rituals in esoteric Buddhism involve invoking a deity and practitioner to become one through sacred fire rituals.

4.4 Sideshow fought for institutional autonomy from the Nara institution, emphasizing esoteric Buddhism and training his monks his way, which paid off despite the gamble.
4.5 Esoteric Buddhism in China and Japan is dominated by the Tiantai tradition, which was founded by the monk Jeri and developed a comprehensive meditation and doctrinal system to make sense of the diversity of Chinese Buddhism.
    5. 24:49 📿 Esoteric Buddhism in Japan encompasses diverse practices and teachings, including meditation, prayer, rituals, and the integration of esoteric arts, with the belief that buddhahood is already within and animating reality.
5.1 The diversity of the Buddhist tradition is unified by the idea of the single vehicle, and Buddha is seen as an aspect of reality guiding sentient beings to awaken.
5.2 Different teachings are given to people based on their needs, leading to a comprehensive approach to Buddhism in Japan that includes monastic precepts, meditation, and pure land practices, as well as the integration of esoteric ritual practice into the tianti system.
5.3 Esoteric Buddhism in Japan encompasses a wide range of practices and teachings, including meditation, prayer, rituals, and the study of different areas of knowledge.

6.1 Levels of thinking in Esoteric Buddhism progress from animalistic to understanding the interdependence of all beings and the recognition of the mind as originally unborn.
6.2 The esoteric tradition of Buddhism teaches that buddhahood is already present in all things and can be realized through studying the esoteric arts and entering into a relationship with a teacher.
6.3 Doctrine is considered less important than ritual in Esoteric Buddhism, as the ritual helps one realize their participation in Buddha reality.
6.4 Initiation into mandalas connects individuals with cosmic Buddhas, but the significance lies in the experience, not in obtaining a special Buddha.

Look into Nos Confunden's terra infinita map..

They are secret because if you do it without initiations, empowerments from a guru and guided by him, it may cause you to go mad. Wherever you read on the internet about the secret teachings is basically the introductions, a mere taste. They are not to attract followers as in Buddhism it is said that the one’s who want to walk will find the path, the path will not find the walker.

This is good, keep asking, I believe it will answer :). I think as with Christianity an organized religion evolved after both the Buddha and the Christ left us . These religions in many respects become almost alien to the teacher. Seek the true message outside of the religion. There is true beauty and knowledge there.

Satori is one thing, having your mind cleared another, and being burned alive by the cosmic flame of the buddhas is something else. That's how it is. You will spend a few years getting used to it. Your body will feel like an open sky, and there will be no going back. This is what scholars and disciples don't have immediate access to. Knowing the various names for it is one thing. Once it hits you, you certainly could go mad, or possibly even die if you can't cooperate with it. This is why establishing the power of focus, faith and moral purity through years of practice is important so your nervous system will be conditioned properly. Bless!

    Thanks for this video.
I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge.
I wonder if it would be possible for you to cover the The Theosophical Society and their connection to Tibetan Esoteric Buddhism?
Early in 2023 I started studying with the local TS and now want more information from an outside source.
After looking up some of the women who were being instrumental in creating the TS by being used as conduits for the Tibetan Masters to come through and dictate text to them.
    I find very interesting.
Online and here on YT, I did read and watch a few very negative people who felt these women were trying to bring forth a Dark Demonic force into the World?.
That they didn't know who they were channeling?.
Also that they had help set up the UNITED NATIONS.
But had also started up a paper called "Lucifer" the name was changed.
But I'm sorry at this hour of the night, I can't remember what it was changed to, or find the video or paper I saw it in?
Anyway I am very Curious what you know about the Society's origins and these 2 women.
Also if you think they are worthwhile continuing studying with?
They definitely are sharing some information I hadn't heard of before .
Plus they have confirmed many things I knew already, but intuitively.
I have been practicing Tibetan Buddhism for several decades now.
Which I feel blessed to have been around.
Thankfully many Tibetan families immigrated to our country and our city.
They have built a rich welcoming vibrant community here.
Yes I'm sorry they had to leave their homeland but grateful our Country is so welcoming.
Thank you again for all you do creating and sharing these very informative video's
    🕊💞 💫🕯📿 🇷🇪 🙏🏻

" Buddha does not talk about some great mysteries, hidden secrets, esoteric knowledge. He does not believe in mythology; he is not an occultist. He is a very simple man, very ordinary. He believes in the ordinary existence. He says your day-to-day life is all there is. If you can live it joyfully, silently, understandingly, watchfully, there is nothing else to be done. Your very ordinary life starts becoming extraordinary.
Drink and eat according to your true nature.
Just remember: don’t distort your nature, remain true to your nature. Listen to your own nature and follow it. Don’t follow anybody else.
Buddha says, “Even if you meet me on the way, kill me immediately.” He is saying: Don’t follow me, just take the hints. Try to understand, imbibe the spirit. Feel my presence and then go on your way. Live according to your own light, howsoever small it is; but if it is yours and you live according to it, it will go on growing.
Buddha says, “Be a light unto yourself.” That is his greatest message. Nobody else in the whole world, in the whole history of humanity, has been so respectful towards others as Gautam the Buddha. “Be a light unto yourself.”
Buddhas only point the way - fingers pointing to the moon. You have to follow, and you have to follow according to your nature. You have to be silent, quiet, so you can listen to the still small voice within you, and then follow it. Wherever it leads it is good. Go in deep trust, following your own voice. Be spontaneous, natural, ordinary. This is the way of being extraordinary. Be ordinary but aware, and the ordinary becomes the sacred.
All things in the universe are impermanent…
So don’t be worried. All things are impermanent: pleasure and pain, friendship and enmity, poverty and richness, success and failure, birth and death. All is in a flux, all is impermanent, so why be worried? Everything goes on changing. Don’t cling - clinging brings misery, clinging shows your misunderstanding. The moment you cling to something you are living with the idea that it can be permanent. Nothing can be permanent, and nothing can be done about it. It is just the nature of things to be impermanent.
You are trying to catch hold of rainbows. They are beautiful, but you cannot catch hold of them - one moment they are there and another moment they are gone. So don’t cling to anything because everything is impermanent. And don’t desire anything because even if you get it, you will lose it. If you don’t get it, you will be frustrated. If you get it and lose it, you will be frustrated. Either way you will be in misery, you are inviting misery. So don’t desire anything and don’t cling to anything.
Whatsoever comes, accept it. Buddha calls it tathata, suchness. Just accept it, live through it silently, without being disturbed by it. Misery comes, it will go. Happiness comes, it will go. Everything passes away, nothing abides, so there is nothing to worry about.
Go on passing through all kinds of experiences, and then you will know that one can pass through the world uncontaminated, uncorrupted. One can live in the palaces without clinging, then he is a sannyasin; and one can live in a hut and can cling to the hut, then he is not a sannyasin."

t is taught in the sutras:
There are two types of heroes in this world: those who do not commit transgressions and those who, having done so, are capable of repentance.
The word “repentance” should spring from the depth of the mind. If you do not truly repent and change your ways, whatever you say is useless. It is like reading the label on a medicine bottle but refusing to take the medicine. How can your illness be cured? If you take the medicine according to instructions, the disease will certainly
be cured - with body and mind calm and at peace. I only fear for those who, lacking strong and determined will, put things out in the sun to warm for one day and then let them freeze for ten days. All they get is empty fame and no true benefits!
Letters from Patriarch Yin Kuang - Letter 25
We sincerely thank you so much and wish everybody to be in Amitabha Buddha's light.
    Namo Amitabha Buddha 🙏 Amituofo

Great video but the "secrecy is a marketing tactic" theory was cringe. Vajrayana was widely known, yes, but practicing it was prohibited until someone was qualified and underwent the requisite initiations. It is in that sense that the tradition is "secret" or "esoteric". Also the proliferation of twilight language which is the buddhist way of saying code-speak renders the tantras incredibly difficult to interpret if one is estranged from the tradition behind them. My guess is that gurus are thus more emphasized in the vajrayana for that very reason.
