The difference is that Peron started it`s rise on the power as a nationalist from the end of an era on Argentina called "Decada Infame" where burgoises ruled with a conservative brutal and dictatorial government which left more than the 60% of Argentina under miserable conditions, this left workers without any power of representation on the government, then the military saw that this dictatorial government sold lands to the british and started giving british more power on the economy also by reducing their interests on the loans that they had to pay. These desicions made the railways, the cargo boats, the transport and industrial sectors under british control, while the Argentine people had to suffer with non stationary jobs and many corruption acts and fraud. This is when Peron enters on the Argentine history, him and a military group named "Grupo de Oficiales Unidos" (United Officers Group) staged a coup on 1943 dissolving the burgoise military Junta and stablishing a popular military Junta, on 1946 elections are hold and Peron faces against the USA embassor Spruille Braden. Peron wins the elections stablishing a democratic republic from 1946-1955, this period on the Argentine history is the golden era from Argentina in terms of workers rights, stabity, military power, research and technological power, etc.
While Videla was a military commander of the Argentine army on 1975, he was trained by the CIA on the "Escuelas de las Americas" a military school on Panama that recruited generals from south america to stage brutal military coups to fight against communism, socialism and popular nationalism. He was given the order to stage a coup on 1976, he dissapeared 30.000 people and killed 20.000 on the called "Death flights" which consist of throwing alive people from planes to the river "Rio de la Plata" or the clandestine t0rtur3 centers all over the country, the repression to students which were suspicious of left tendency. Destroyed the national industry on Argentina reducing it from a 55% to a 22% aprox., increasing poverty and missery. Started doing libertarian economic policies which mostly made national private sectors end on ruin because they had to face against gigant international enterprises. This was unless the owners of the national private companies were friends with high ranks of the government which gave themselves loans with low interests rates and some of them didn`t need to give the money back, this created a high inflation rate on the start of the 80s (343.81%). The start of the dictatorship of Videla continued with the Malvinas/Falklands war against the UK on 1982 under Leopoldo Fortunato Galtieri which was part of this military Junta that Videla staged back on 1976, with the loss of 642 soldiers and 242 su1c1d3s when the soldiers came back to Argentina.
The main difference is the nationalism of both and the pourpose of their coups. Peron making benefits go to the country, Videla giving benefits to their external allies, the USA specifically.

Todo eso lo hizo para que los subversivos combatan a los militares y el pueda retornar al poder ya que el peronismo estaba proscripto, pero una vez en el poder se encargó de reprimirlos, torturarlos, perseguirlos y desaparecerlos (lo más ironico es que todo eso fue tras la vuelta de la "Democracia" a Argentina después de casi 18 años jajaja). Eso no fue suficiente ya que el poder de las guerrillas seguía activo y se desencadenó una guerra civil que vivió su periodo más fuerte tras el golpe de estado del 76 encabezado por Videla.
Eso jamás pasó, en repetidas ocasiones comentó los abusos del capitalismo y del comunismo por iguales, el no era zurdo, era tercerposicionista.
