- The sudden death of a sound engineer is sending shockwaves through Taunton's music scene.
Ralph Morris' family told NBC 10 he died this week after visiting his mother over the weekend.
In his four years working at the Taunton District Center for the Arts, he became a jack-of-all-trades, helping keep the lights on and the music alive for anyone who came through.

Ralph was the closest friend I had on this Earth. I'm still numb. We've been friends since I was 8. That is 58 years. I will miss him terribly but we will see each other again when my time comes. RIP my good friend.
FYI: Ralph was 64 not 65.
❤
