What about upper body?
All of these make some sense for natural sprinter, but 200 leg curl everyday and 100 seated band curls is total bullshit.
Not really the reason you do it is to get blood into the tendons, and repair alot of the damage. It is meant to be very light. You could do it as a warmup.
