Thanks for watching! Let me know in the comments below how you like to meditate. Seated? Lying down? Walking? Something else?

When to do it is up to you. Do it when it fits your schedule and feels most supportive to you.

Can I do this after I have received a positive pregnancy test as well?
As long as lying on the back continues to feel comfortable and safe, I don't see why not. At some point during the pregnancy, lying on the back can become uncomfortable and is often advised against. Check with your doctor to be sure if/ when you should no longer lie on your back for long periods of time.
@@LiveFertile I see, thank you!
I feel very much comfortable keeping my hands up straight behind my head as I have upper backpain. So, is the hand placement okay? And I stay in this posture for as long as 30 min to 1 hr or more time as I have leg cramps it works like medicine. But is that okay to stay that long or any extra benefit actually or harm?
Hi there! Your arm position is totally up to you. You really can trust your own inner knowing, experience, and comfort. 30 minutes to an hour does seem a bit long. I'm happy to hear being in that position provides you with relief though. I hope you and your doctors have explored why it is you're feeling so much discomfort so you can hopefully find a solution. Be well!
Will this meditation helps a woman with only one fallopian tube to get pregnant?
Hi there. No matter what the physical concern might be, this meditation still supports the emotional and energetic aspects of fertility. Best wishes!
How often per say perhaps?
How often and when is up to you.
I’m trying to conceive but I hv multiple fibroids plz suggest me🙏🏼
Hi there! This sounds like something to discuss with your health care team. I hope they have offered you treatment options and guidance. Be well!

I want guidline i got married im passing 8 years married life and unable to conceive even once what should i do
The first place to start is by talking with a provider. You and your partner might benefit from a fertility evaluation. You need to know why you and your partner are having difficulty conceiving to know what to address. Best wishes!
I am under ivf treatment. Can i do after embryo transfer?
Hi there! That's up to you (and your healthcare team.) It was designed to support anyone who is trying to conceive whether they're using ART or not, at any point along their journey.
Did u get pregnant?
Can i do it in the morning as soon as i wake up?
I can’t think of a reason your couldn’t.
Can be done at any phase of cycle?? M also trying to conceive
Up to you.
Can men also do for their reproductive health?
I can't think of a reason they couldn't.
@@LiveFertile is it beneficial for erectile dysfunction?
@@bhartirampal5835 That's a complex question that requires a lot of follow-up questions to better understand what might be behind the ED. It certainly can't hurt but there's likely more to address.
@@LiveFertile only stress nothing else. But after doing yoga and medication too it's not getting better
@@bhartirampal5835 Then there might be more to address. This is something that requires working with someone who has more access to this person's health history. Personalized guidance and advice is not something I offer via RUclips channel comments.
Thank you so much for this meditation 2 weeks wait I did every day this meditation now I am pregnant. Can you please tell me how long I need to do this meditation during pregnancy? journeys.
Congratulations, Santoshi!
That is totally up to you. Lying flat on your back might start to get uncomfortable as your pregnancy progresses. It's often recommended that pregnant people start lying on their side or prop themselves up if lying on their back in the second-third trimester.
I have prenatal videos you might want to explore as well:

I have a pocd problem, what should I do?
Hi there. I can't provide personalized advice since I do not know the ins and outs of your personal health. For individualized advice, I recommend speaking to your personal health care team. I do hope the videos in this playlist give you some insight as well: ruclips.net/video/WCuy5ljAlzc/видео.html
Can I do this during tww?
Hi there. It was designed to be practiced during any phase of the cycle.
Lying down
A lovely option!
