23:30 I totally agree with you. 100% People for some reason think they don't have to do the tran's oil, or the rear oil... Some people will wait till like 50K to do it and by then the damage that could have been prevented is done.. I am holding a Nissan Juke CVT trans together with yearly June, 5 quart drain and fill's. It's my daily and My GT is a weekend car.. But anyway I am all in with the maintenance firm believer in being a little over the top with that. There's no such thing as keeping your oil or gear oil's to clean. I've been running 5/20 but for the summer I'm thinking of running some 5/30 in the hot months myself.. As far as thickness I not mad at you for the 5/50 but you may be a little better off with a 5/40.. Anyway keep up the great work..

Oh and I feel the same way about the drive shafts.. ruclips.net/video/GEJINM-16Pk/видео.html I am more than likely going to end up with the Carbon fiber drive shaft too. I will never push my car to the kind of power that will break Carbon DS. I am probably going to do a stage 1 Whipple and 93/Tune.. I know with a Whipple, E85, and the right tune, I can get to 800 pretty easy.. But that to me is the edge.. I don't want my car anywhere near the edge like that.. I want to keep my car NJ legal, so I am only aiming for 650 to 680 Wheel on 93 with stock headers and cats.. I don't know how you guy's run the long tubes.. I believe we should be doing the trans OIl at least every 15K and no more.. Whether you have an Automatic or a Manual.. I just bought a 2017 GT with the performance Pack 7 months ago with 1 owner n 8,909 miles on her.. I just hit 11,700 Miles.. I already have the Syncro shift 2 kit ready to go so once I hit 13K to 14K miles, I am going to put her on jack stands and do my MT82 very soon.. I keep hearing I should do a Braided clutch line too. I am probably going to take it to a trans shop and have them do it eventually.. But my very next move will be to take her to Ford and get any ECU updates it may need. I'd like to see if they could ad auto rev matching to my 17?? I'm good without it but it would be nice to have...

Nice car but, you mentioned dropping the motor with mounts. I understand you had to but, dont assume it helped performance by lowering your center of gravity. Racing no prep or street racing which is alot closer to no prep than any other, youd want to actually raise the engine and center of gravity in order to transfer weight better. You may not notice it yet but, as you add alot of power you may want to raise the engine back up to help with weight transfer.

Best advice I could ever give. Ppl think race car = more cool but that isn't true if it's driven on the street you won't enjoy driving it nearly as much and mag even stop driving it or sell it because of this. I know what im talking about! I will with 100% conviction there is Absolutely under NO Circumstance any reason to run an oil that thick and say Jake you have a production 5.0 in your car I don’t care how much you race it it is NOT a race car! You speak like 19,000 miles is some Huge milestone but that car no matter how much you race it it is not a race car! It is s production engine with production clearances in the engine and production VCT clearances and does NOT need an Oil that is thicker than a 21-1 compression ratio Turbo charged diesel needs! You said my OPG’s looked great! How do your rings look? How do your rod and cam bearings look? No clue right! Because you probably have never had an internal combustion engine apart! Horsepower does not change the internal oil leak of an engine and Horsepower doesn’t change the oil viscosity requirement of an engine! So why on earth would anyone think they are Smarter then the engineers who built, tested, and R&D’d the engine! And before someone says those thin oils are for fuel economy! Stop It!! This is a 12-1 7500rpm high power double overhead cam production engine! Still Love Jake! Not in a weird way!
