The plant must prosses the coal before using it. Looks lower grade that what we have here. Hope the factory has scrubbers on their smoke stacks. Merry Christmas and Happy New year.

Low grade coal. Very messy stuff. I imagine they prosses it before using it.
I think a dirt cap was put on to prevent spontaneous combustion.
