You know the only thing thats keeping you from being crushed is a couple of O-rings.
I've seen those hydraulic rams fail at least 500 times when I used to work for a company that rebuild and service them.
NEVER stand underneath a fork truck with a load on them ...EVER !!

I was changing the oil in my outlander the other day. Pulled the plug the filter plastics got it all changed put back together and starting dumping my new oil in and I heard splattering I was like "wtf is that noise" I looked down and seen I didn't put my plug back in and 3 whole quarts of oil dumped out. I face slapped and kicked my self. Had to go to my local can am shop and get more oil. Nothing I could do but laugh and learn.

It’s leaking rear diff oil out the vent tube .
Is this an over fill issue from service dept or something more serious ?

Like I said great video showing how to change everything jest worried I'm not putting enough oil in it like you said fill till it comes out or is something wrong with my rear diff

Please don't ever go under anything lifted up on a forklift like that. You have nothing locked out to prevent it from falling in the even of a failure of the lift. If it fails, you will get crushed.
Also, there are torque specs for those bolts that you should be following, especially at a professional shop.
    Oil Filter drain bolt : 18.5 ft-lb
    Oil Filter Cover bolts : 7.3 ft-lb
    Transmission drain bolt : 14.7 ft-lb
    Diff drain bolt : 18.4 ft-lb
    Diff fill bolt : 18.4 ft-lb
Get a torque wrench and use it.
