I Definitely Remember Listening To This Classic Song 🎧 Way Back In The Day’s When Me & Mom Drove Wherever She Was Going When Vehicle’s Has Cassette Deck’s
When I listen to this all I feel is sunshine...and I hear laughter in the background and I smell the summer air and I see people dancing and smiling and ...it's just perfect.
Yesss. I was 17 years old and you had to bump this song in your car everyday...at least 3 times a day. Some brothers had this song on a mix tape too play over and over again. This song sounded amazing if you had "sounds" in your car.
38 people don't know shit about this old school throwback. I was watching a movie on Netflix the other day and somehow this song came to my head. A good song to relax and chill out on the porch and chat and harmonize on the good times.
I agree with you. I was shocked when I seen 38 dislikes. Who with good sense can dislike great music. I know it ain't no lil Wayne but give credit where credit is due. I heard it on pandora in cancan Mexico. I got on you tube and saved the video and started dancing. Didn't care who seemed me, you couldn't tell me nothing lol.
sweetladyJay81 I would like to meet 38 people and talk to them over coffee. And then we could have a discussion. The only problem is that the 38 people who disliked this couldn't possibly know who to make words with their mouth. Cuz they are that dumb. Prove me wrong.
This was one of the groundbreaking songs that had more meaning to it then just something you groove to. It was inspirational to some folks to change their perception on life. I'm part the rare breed of men, who prefer with with, "natural beauty".
Man I feel for y'all... now I'm sure we had our share of bad times too, but I swear it just wasn't as bad as times are now. I turned 21 in in 91 and it was a great time to be young. The music was great, the economy was good and times just were a little easier. Young folks today have a lot of hardships ahead of them and hopefully you'll persevere. Good luck and God bless...
Man...this takes me back to the days you would sit for HOURS next to your stereo/boom box/whatever just to record that ONE song you just had to have on your mix tape and had to record it off a radio station...
oh yes. I loved AD. Their new material is ok but I still long for the old stuff they used to do. This group really changed me. I stopped permming my hair and grew my dreds down to the middle of my back. I love this group. I especially love that song natural. It's so refreshing to know that there are so many men out there that love natural women.
its a shame from a decade where music was so prominent from that same epic era is the same time it jumped off a bridge and no body bothered saving it we just look back at it corpse hanging there ts dead skin and bones swinging in the wind in through the feild of memories.never forgotten . R.I.P music.
THESE R REAL BLACK KINGS/QUEENS SPREADING THE WORD OF "GOD"!!!!....LOVE ONE ANOTHER TRY 2 AVOID DEMONIC SPIRITS! THANX ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT I LOVE U GUYS,BUT GOD LOVES U MORE! ;)
@cheapcape no. its the individual artist. Big corporations were around at this time also, why werent they running music then?...Thank about it. Artist mindsets have changed.
Well obviously they aren't 100% confident in their choice or else they would spend their time showing you how great the music they like is instead of attacking you for what you like.

I used to listen to this in 2007 and I loved it.
Just learned of this in class today in my African American history class when we were talking about hip hop and the origin and the rise of rap.
