@@MagisterialVoyager Pretty much along the stacking on hit dmg and crit dmg ones, as Yao hits many times, you stack it easily, plus the double ult one is stupid on him, 2 mil and then 2 mil again X)

I believe it's because of the mid-autumn festival in China (also known as the Mooncake Festival), because if it were for other occasion, there would be no need for us to grind the festival minigame to get him. PGR does have free character, but you had to earn them through the Event Shop (only for A-Rank/4-Star) or the Dorm Commission.
I think people are about to break their face when they realize that WW is a game that cost WAY WAY WAY more to produce and keep up than PGR... definitely not expecting Free 5* from WW anytime soon. Maybe year.

I've been a pgr player since launch and since then have just waited for the day people would truly experience what a great company kuro is. For so long I wished people could experience pgr just to experience what a gacha COULD be, and how f2p friendly it was. Now with wuthering waves, its really nice to see how they have subvert a lot of player's expectations based on past experiences with other gachas. This isnt to say kuro can do no wrong or anything like that, but I think its nice to see devs really want to give their players a good experience, and also show everyone free characters can actually be GOOD. I'm really looking forward to the future of wuthering waves and to see what they do next.

Fusion it's already meta, if you see speedruns Jiyan, Encore and Changli teams are the ones with faster clear times vs Scar (Jinhsi it's not included because Scar have Spectro resistance).
