It might be a cool place but it was a vibrant tons of office workers hanging out during the week. Tons of stores and restaurants and 6 screen theaters that showed independent art house movies. Now it's mostly empty.
Yeah, I can see how it would be quite crowded with lots of people in such a narrow area. I would definitely go either before lunch or maybe late afternoon before the dinner rush.
