Most german player play legit, but we have bedwars for over 6 years already, way before hypixel. Because of that, there are a lot well trained players. High cps is normal.

That's because andromeda bridging is the norm on german servers, you also have godly people like ByQuadrix and where as Shotgunraids had found out the andromeda bridging extremely late, the germans are far more advanced that shot, which is why shot has not evolved yet

btw the map you played was Platzangst which means that there is a lot of void. If you play on gommehd.net you would find usual maps. And German players would absolutely destroy Hypixel players because German players can reduce drag clicking with 30CPS (legit) and hypixel players aren’t just that good.
Bro thank you for saying what I felt like the whole time. I mean, there are also "normal maps", like the ones you see on hypixel. But this map is just constipated for tryharders and people who don't want to have very long rounds. :)

A few things:
You can try a different shop mode with /shop
You can shift click to buy more blocks at once
