Thanks PokerGo! I know you sometimes get grief having High Stakes Poker behind a paywall but I certainly appreciate the eps and hands you're putting on RUclips for free :)
always love how Doyle calls people out on bad etiquette. guy says he's raising, puts out calling chips and then stops: "share it with the rest of us" says Doyle, ie put your raise into the middle as soon as you state your action
Can you tell me what they were saying at the end? I cannot stand that in editing they didn't either cut the announcers or tone them down so we could hear the interaction. Especially with him already up from the table and preparing to leave and off mic
Because he plays shit cards like 53s, K9s or K9o , if you play those shitty hands & accidentally flop nuts , u will always lose . If u accidentally flop nuts with shit hands , play it small & if someone jams on river , board pairs etc , just fold your hand. He kept calling like a calling station donkey even though he was behind
At these stakes u should be able to take all the time u need . In some 1/3$ game it’s different if someone tanks in a 50$ pot haha 😂 . That would be annoying then lol.
@@MrJaymac87 But honestly to essentially all of these guys except probably Matusow and Sheikhan they're basically playing $1/2 or $1/3 in terms of how wealthy they are vs you and I. Tanking for 5 minutes between saying you're going to raise and actually putting the raise in is ridiculous no matter how high the stakes are.
Usually, it gets on my nerves when the favorite loses but I was so happy for Farha in that last hand especially when Barry said run it once that felt sweeeeet seeing that king on the flop!

Gabe is one of those guys who can't end a word with an a, he's gotta make it Sammy Farhar. Sammy is such a gangster, he says I'm the only gambler at this table, calls knowing he's behind and binks it
I come back to watch this video in particular whenever I suffer a bad beat. The one that comes to mind recently was when I flopped top set and the other guy, with 94s, hit running hearts to make his flush. These, particularly the last one, put everything back into perspective.
Nasseri 3:00 hand. I’ve rarely ever seen anyone raise that way and not be strong. Calling a raise and sitting and thinking how much they’re going to raise.
@@BeegYoshi24 After Barry called Sammy's all in, Barry asked Sammy if he had queens, and Sammy said, no, kings. Barry new right away before the floo what Sammy had. No slowroll there.
if Sammy lost that hand, he would be all over the dealer for the cold deck. However, he knew Barry had aces and wanted to gamble. It doesnt make much sense to gamble with 2 outs.
Just a home game player but I'm with greenstein here for against ever running it more than 1x, take the L/W if u can't handle the swings then don't play NL
Sorry, but some of these comments are amazingly stupid. There is no increase in the chance of winning that particular hand if Barry runs it twice. It's simply a second completely separate hand where he is again the underdog, albeit a lesser one. The only value is over time, the more hands you play, the more your losses/wins even out, but that isn't impacted by one hand. A professional player who plays thousands of hands might run it multiple times often to increase the variance, but it is absolutely never a wrong decision to not split a hand in terms of impacting your win rate for those hands at play.
There will never be a poker show as good as this again
It’s coming back
i watched it about 6-7 times. specially the first few seasons are pure class.

This is hands down the best pokershow ever.
Best commanator also

Barry declining that offer to run it twice after the K hits is pure class.
Farha wasn’t actually offering him. He knew farha was needling him
Gabe kaplan the best commentator ever
he was better at this than he was with his own TV show
You always have to admire that bit where Sammy offers to run it twice again after the flop, and Barry doesn't even hesitate to say no.
It makes no difference man
@@Sethbowman3 it does
......Man. Sammy is try to be sarcastic...he is basically saying u don't wana do it when u ahead, u wana do it now bitch ?
he just wanted to tilt barry thats for sure. emotions
He was saying run the turn and river twice now, not the flop again too. He knows his odds of winning is still very good with 4 more cards to come.

Legend has it Sam Farha still walks around with that unlit cig in his mouth to this day.
And at some point of our lives, we all did that cool thing with a cig at a poker table to honor the Leyend Sammy
Sammy seems like that guy at the table who never misses his card he needs
13:00 Somewhere in some warehouse there is 6 hour stock footage of Sammy Farha from this angle. #releasetheSynderfarhacut

Who knew this was the best poker ever before the GTO robots 🤖 took over? There would hv never been a poker boom without characters like these guys
Sheiky is a real classless act. Greenstein and Farha are real poker players, who happen to like gambling.

Can somebody find Farha and get him to play regularly on HSP again? The show was never as good after he stopped playing.
I love how impatient Doyle is with unnecessary prolonged play. I'd be the same way
I am already like this. And he doesn't have much time left. So I get it ;) .

Gabe Kaplan. Read his poker page on Wikapedia. Impressive.
For BG to stick to running in once after seeing the flop. I respect that.

Anyone know what year?
Daniel :. I'll bet a million
Todd: a million total or a million more?

Nice video the videos I love best are the really bad beats between the really famous players
Why don’t we have those shows anymore ? 😭
I hope for the new episodes they have a nice set like this it like a home game, unlike the pokergo studio
It's impressive how Daniel consistently ran bad every season.
Yup dude couldn’t catch a break
Barry was pretty cool customer to be fair.
The old School poker the best
Nowadays the new poker players there like robots no fun

" I hope he's not playing tomorrow ." Lol😅

Ted Forrest looking like Bill Belichick

It’s brutal how bad Daniel runs on this show

Nasseri the gynaecologist. No gynaecologist makes that kind of money!
