      Please upload the traditional bangal way to make kasundi.Most of your recipes are similar to the recipes that are cooked in my house. My grandmother used to make great kasundi but somehow due to lack of interest kasundi recipe has not been passed down to this generation. I can only hear it from my parents that kasundi takes a lot of dedication but they cannot remember the process how it was made. Ami jani ami r amar barir recipe pabo na kintu apnader theke shothik bangal recipe ta pabo. So it is my humble request to you guys please upload a kasundi recipe. Also I just love your channel it has brought out the cook in me😊

    This is the exact way my mother makes Palong Shak bhaja, just we chop it finely and minus the coriander. Iktu kasundi hole jome jay, r kichhui lagbe na...puro bhaat eita diyei khawa jay🤤

    I give Methi (fenugreek) and green chilli as Fodon. The taste is unusual and excellent. This is Bogura cuisine tradition.

    Commenting from Dhaka. Never Tried Palong this way. But I'm very curious to know one thing. Is this supposed to be on the sweeter side? Cause the amount of sugar seemed very much. Actually, we're not used to adding sugar in our cooking in BD.

    On your website masoor dal bori is not available sold out - how do I know when it will available ? Thank you sooo much for selling authentic Bengali products as I am a Maharashtrian from Bombay I never knew where to buy Bengali cuisine garom moshala or bori ❤

      To be clear, it is Amar Khamar that is working with farmers to make these products available to people in a consistent way. We have worked closely with them to produce some of spice mixes (including the gorom moshla).
      If masoor dal bori is currently not in stock you can choose any type of bori, really. We just use what we happen to have at home at the time of cooking. These are made in small batches and sun dried, so the exact type of bori will keep changing year round.

    পালং শাক ভাজাতে বেগুন না দিলেও চলে, বড়ির বদলে মুগ ডাল দেওয়া যায়। পালং শাকের ঝোল করতে গেলে বেগুন, আলু, মিষ্টি কুমড়ো, আর বড়ি অবশ্যই দরকার।
