Stained in Red video has to be one of most epic and moving I've ever seen in 40+ years of following metal. A true work of art.
The pandemic really tested and brought out creativity in almost everyone. The EP is extremely good. It shows that when you have the time to focus into songs it will really show! I've lost count on how many times I've played Song of the dusk but one thing is for sure I will keep it on repeat and play it 100's of times over 😂 So good!
It is impressive how you can manage time to balance work and Insomnium. And also deliver such quality with, what I'm assuming is ,morsels of time to compose for the band.
Ville is truly built different. A man to look up to.
It's a shame that even thr best metal bands can't usually make enough money to not have to work a job

I really dig the new EP. I actually spin it more frequently than the last LP. I like the directness of SiR and can definitely hear Opeth in it. Good stuff.

One of the best and heaviest songs by Insomnium. I sometimes see comments about Insomnium getting too "soft". You people out there....have you listened to this song?? Are you deaf?
Killer track. Its funny, once you hear the song its pretty obvious that Dr.Friman is the composer. Same thing with Lillian a year ago. Master at his craft. One more epic song get going with the only band with 100% of perfect songs score \m/
