Hello there. Glad I could help you out! With regards to the correct cycle to use it all depends on the clothing you have to wash. Usually the tags will advise how to wash them but it usually depends on the amount being put in and spin speed. If the clothes have the ability to move around freely that should prevent wrinkling/ balling but putting too much in or having items which retain more water than others can also cause issues more with creasing. Most of the programmes will have pre set spin speeds and temps which can be adjusted before starting the programme but the extent of alterations vary depending on the programme. The manual will give you an idea on max loads for each programme as I’ve seen more issues with machines with 8kg capacities only being able to wash 6kg on some programmes and if you select the fast wash cycle on that programme can even reduce max wash load to 5 or even 4kg which again if overloaded will cause the computer to either not function as intended or cancel programmes altogether. Hope that helps!
