The Sloan valves on the toilets are Crown piston-type units, whereas the 1964-68 American Standard Washbrook urinals that had long since replaced the original 1912 urinals use Sloan Royal diaphragm-type valves. All of the Sloan valves in this restroom have no vacuum breakers.
Wow wow WOW!!! The urinals were probably replaced in the 60s, but those toilets are definitely original! I couldn't get over the fact that they still have the original flushometers, which would be over 100 years old by now! I do however think the seats were replaced, and a couple flush handles.

The piston valves are nice! It seems to me the original seats would've been completely open in the front with no wood inside of the raised guard. It looks like someone got new round front seats and just cut them to fit.
That's a unique bowl style, that lip that juts up is something i've never seen, guessing it adds stability to the seat. These toilets are really, really nice... Fantastic find; haven't seen anything like this since the Muellers I found! Merry Christmas!
The other two toilets flush handles appear to have been replaced with water saver ones and the one in the middle looks original because of the round tip.
Awesome toilets and the flushometers are cool. These flushometers were the first flushometers made by the Sloan Valve Company of that era. The 1960s American Standard Washbrook urinals must have replaced 1912 urinals and they were most likely stall urinals. Stall urinals were most likely common of that year. The sinks are awesome and they faucets needs to be worked on or replaced.

Awesome old bathroom. These old fixtures are going away quickly. The building I did maintenance in for years just started removing all of the original 1920s rest room fixtures in 2016. Hundreds of beautiful old toilets and urinals were thrown away because they were not compatible with low flush flushometrers. Sad. Some of the old standard toilet's still had the original wooden seats on them. The building has had nothing but problems with blocked up mains, because the new stuff doesn't push enough water down the old cast iron sewer mains too clear them.
The urinals and their flushometers look like they were replaced, but I'm not sure when. The toilets look to be original to the building, and so do the flushometers on them.
Now that's amazing I have never sen such toilets as these before until now but I won't see nothing like these in the U.K but I have sen symphonic toilets over here and some reverse traps on steam trains
Awesome old toilets (possibly original from when the building was built in 1912) with old style valve flushometers - shame the urinals are not original but mid-century replacements, however the sinks are cool (apart from the taps/faucets which needs some repair work).
Nice. I've been to b bathroom that has old 80s American Standard Madera Toilets. Along with newer Kohler urinals. The taps were old Chicago Faucet brand. Don't know the brand of sink though.
If I hadn't read the caption, I'd insist this was in St. Bernard's Church in Mt. Lebanon PA, outside Pittsburgh. The layouts are identical, even the stairways.
The stalls are circa 1910 they were 101 when this was filmed I say this cause the elevator also original has a well established date of 1910. And I thought these were amazing
and also, there might be a chance for me to film a soviet made cast iron toilet tank in action this summer, but only a chance, I don't promise anything. . .
I recommend that you should go back there and do a retake. these toilets will be 100 year old in 2014 so go and do a retake before there are replaced. try your best thank you.
Great find. It’s amazing that those are still in very good condition.
Every time I see this video, I still just can't get over how great this place is!!!

I have seen this bathroom a lot and its sooo pretty. I love these and the middle toilet has a pretty long flush by the way.

Y/Why Were The Original Seats Replaced?
Legendary
These toilets are VERY awesome, especially the fact that they were almost 100 years old when this video was made!
***** I'm going to film 1930 J.L Mott Beekman toilets in the Summer.
***** Did you see the 1926 J.L. Mott Beekman toilet I filmed?
I visited this restroom a few months ago and every fixture you see is still there!
Wow. Must be a great feeling, I guess.
The very early toilets flushed using 5 GPF; around 1980 3.5 GPF was the new mandate; then in 1992, it was downed to 1.6 GPF.
30 second flush on the second Prompto-Sano flush, quite cool!
These toilets are 98 years old! In 2014 they will become 100, let's hope they stay that long!
They were made in 1911! They are 108 yrs old.
Sure no problem. These aren't the oldest on yt, but they're definitely close, there is no doubt in my mind that they are original to the building.
Absolutely LEGENDARY toilets!!!
I really hope these toilets don't get replaced!

@Vercus100 No- the second flushes right, or proper for the toilet. The other two had their flushes shortened to save water.
im willing to bet these are original to 1912. amazing!
Correct! I almost found one but it was replaced by an unnecessary Cadet.
I like the 1960s Washbrooks, but I wish the original urinals were still there.
The other two toilets flush handles appear to have been replaced with water saver ones and the one in the middle looks original because of the round tip.

The 2nd toilet's flushometer was probably broken or needed adjustment.
These toilets are PAST amazing. Rating: 20/10.
dragonslayer kid0789 More like 1,000,000/10

The old flushometers have their stops mounted in the rear rather than to the right of the handle.

Way back then, they were 7-14 GPF, especially with flushometers.
The second one has issues on the flushometer

Thank you for uploading this on such a great holiday!!
Wait a minute... I just noticed that those toilets don't have any sort of mounts at the base. So how the heck do they stay on the floor?
Mott had a weird system with a boltless flange at that time. I'm not sure how it worked.
These toilets are 100% original.
Nice. I've been to b bathroom that has old 80s American Standard Madera Toilets. Along with newer Kohler urinals. The taps were old Chicago Faucet brand. Don't know the brand of sink though.
Amazing find! Thanks for posting!
Amazing fixtures
I think something's broken on that last toilet it looks like it was broken at the bottom of the bowl I wonder what the toilet paper was 4
Imagine if that middle promto sano with the day long flush was clogged...
¿Where is that?🤔🚽.
If I hadn't read the caption, I'd insist this was in St. Bernard's Church in Mt. Lebanon PA, outside Pittsburgh. The layouts are identical, even the stairways.

I like The briggs potties
What kind of flushometer valves do the Prompto Sano toilets have, they look different?
They are Sloan Crown valves.
@ClassicTVMan1981X Indeed, the middle one has just worn out.
Watching this, I felt like Goldilocks in the three bears house- the second one flushes too long, the third flushes too short, the first- just right!
Is it just me, or does the water in the third toilet hint to it being off-kilter?
I think the urinals are 1964 A-S Washbrooks.
Probably.
Definitely Washbrooks tho.
The Prompto Sano uses the same font style as the Douglas Stratford that I uploaded.
Awesome find!! Too bad the urinals aren't as vintage.
Edit: the second flushometer needs adjustment
The toilet in the second stall has a double flush.
Amazing video
So awesome!
Nothing a good scrubbing wouldn't make more impressive. Wish they could clean these bowls before filming them.
How these toilets are attached to the floor if there is no flange bolts?
Vytautas Poška Hello! How are you doing? :-)
nice, thanks! :) how are you doing?
Vytautas Poška Great! did you see my new videos? Also I'm going to be filming a 1930 J.L Mott Beekman toilet in the Summer!
Yeah, I just watched your new videos! very nice toilets I should say :-)
and also, there might be a chance for me to film a soviet made cast iron toilet tank in action this summer, but only a chance, I don't promise anything. . .
Washbrook urinals and Prompto Sano toilets
The toilets are original but the urinals are from the 60's.
I haven't been there before
Did they have to mod the seats?
It Looks Like It:(That They Did).
Check that: 15 GPF.
Nice bathroom some American toilets are well designed
those toilets are definatly original they are not a replacement
They flush like Daelim Toilets in the 2000s 😂
yep
Does these toilets have a concealed syphon jets?
the urinails are from the 60s. and those are nice toilets........... nice. and I wonder why the sinks don't work.........
Speckles347 Gaming I think the water supply is turned off.
A W E S O M E!!!!!!!!!
@an65001 Apart from the seats.
very nice

He took another shot in 2016, The toilets were Restored not replaced
They now look Brand-New!
That second one looks like it is using 10 GPF. :P
15
👌
In the middle was long
I wont be able to come because of the only toilet to amerika , toilets ' water line is too high , thoses cant server much to the person
The last toilet looks like the porcelain in the trapway is all busted out.
The middle toilet took 35 long seconds per flush! What a waste of water. At least that it will flush the big fecal logs down with ease
I agree. The second toilet seems to have issues with it's flushometer.
I wondered if it would ever stop flushing! When I was a kid, any time a toilet wouldn't stop flushing, I thought I broke it! LOL.
One fast flush toilet
