Once this came into my recommended it hasn't stopped playing.
Glad it came to you then
Arrived in the same way over here - I can't stop it.
Joe (plays 3 notes)
Crowd *fucking loses it*
what a guy
Nice crowd, too.
4 with the ghost note!
Never seen someone so good at the Joe Dart like Joe Dart
Probably the best Joe Dart player
It's so cool hearing him quote from other great bassists
He's very class
Can you list the quotes?
@@robertorivezzi18253:02 is "Jungle Boogie" by Kool and the Gang, then he does "What's The Use?" by Mac Miller (Thundercat bass line). I'm pretty sure the slides he's doing around 1:31 are also a reference to some 70s funk, but I can't remember what exactly
3:29 THUNDERCAT bassline! R.I.P. Mac Miller. ♥️
that bass really does go doesn't it
The audience working like a perfect metronome
audience always rushing tho
@@MrDukeSilverrmost audiences don't even clap on the upbeat lmao
Gotta be a crowd of Methodists, nobody else can clap like that
joe X kool X mac may have been the best trio we will never see
I am concerned about Joe's neck vertebrae health as he ages.
The ad in front of this video was for chiropractic healing
I hear some Toe jam and earl influence here and I love it.

@@PintoGuitar thank you! But not as epic as yours. I don’t have the skills to make something myself
@@Justus8 oh thanks well ngl I hesitated to open a fiverr to make people vulf type pfp

@@TKiBoule Cory actually signed my pickguard that night if you were there when he was giving the interwiew before the show you must have seen me lmao
@@PintoGuitar nah , unfortunatly I was late , missed 90% of Domi & JD Beck , but I didn't miss the boys !
@@TKiBoule yeah well they did good tbh, the pressure was big because the room was full of vulf fans, I really enjoyed them especially JD Beck, the drummer, but yeah blown away by the fearless flyers I can't wait to see them again
I find him incredible... but he should watch his neck.
Now I know what a pigeon looks like playing a bass.🤣
Joe Dart square
faya
3:34 whats name of this bassline?
Idk tbh if anyone knows I'm interested
it's what's the use? by Mac Miller
@@Bruciecookie oh thanks I'll check it out
@@PintoGuitar check out the npr version with thundercat playing it live, some crazy bass licks
@@supermako8313 Okay ;)
He is a very gifted player, but there is one sensitive point I need to find out on. Is Joe blind, or does he have a very bad line of sight? I have seen someone state that he was, but I never heard the question answered. Anyone here, tell me if he is. Like so many blind musicians, he seems to get around very well.
I don't know, but that could explain his neck movement (very common, Stevie Wonder does the same, as did Ray Charles before him). However, most people think that those musicians are totally blind, but most of them are *legally* blind, meaning they can still perceive shapes and go around the stage properly with little or no help, provided it's lit correctly. Stevie is also able to catch a microphone falling, for example. Given that he requested in-ears to be invented for him, I doubt is hearing, even blind, is good enough to pick that up through sound only on a live stage!
@@jas_bataille I do know if your pupils are dilated it gives you bad depth and perhaps this is the same with him. The light hurts his eyes and yes he can still see, like you said, he couldn't drive an automobile or have a License. In time im sure that question will come out with the glasses.
chiken neck move...
