The truth is defence are going about this wrong they want a mistrial at the behest of the prosecution of the judge. If it’s the judge the state can retrial their client as the mistrial was the fault of the judge. If it’s the prosecution is at fault for the mistrial there’s no retrial on this case.

Glanville decided He is going to preside over the motion to recuse himself, and he also decided that HE is going to redact the transcript himself. How TF does a defendant get a fair trial when a Judge can just refuse to let an unbiased party anywhere near the case until it reaches the appellate court. The fact this judge and prosecutors are allegedly hiding a murder is wild. Knowing Woody confessed to getting rid of Nut and they didn't share that with the other attorneys is a crime. I’m in disbelief how the judge is just carrying on with the case like they didn’t just have this secret meeting and he doubled down with the secrecy and said he will redact the transcript. Like wtf! How is this justice. This is insane that this is happening for the world to see. This is violation of the defendants rights. I couldn’t imagine this happening to me and nothing being done. @@patricepaines2167 It's not a crime to gather with friends so unless they have substantial evidence he's assumed as innocent. The prosecutors showing a ton of pics of him with friends throwing up gang signs isn't evidence. Instead it's a way to deflect and try to fill in the huge blanks for not having real solid evidence to solidify their case. We all know society is fascinated with rappers having gang affiliation so these artist give them what they want or rather many present an illusion of themselves being a hardcore gang member but for most it's a lie. So using pics and music lyrics shouldn't be allowed....for all we know he's a nerd who sits at home every night eating banana splits with his grama. I get what you commented about him being in court but the whole point as to why many bloggers are addressing the issue with the judge and prosecutors is because it's evident by their actions young thug isn't getting the fair trial he deserves. How can the defense properly defend their clients if the prosecution can argue what should and shouldn’t be included in these transcripts but the defense can’t because they’re being stone walled? It's a "Rules for thee, none for me" world in the Georgia justice system where prosecutors and judges pick & choose the law as it applies to themselves while throwing the book at defendants and sentencing them to rot in the Fulton County Jail. Glanville has behaved like a clown during the portion of the trial I've watched leaving no doubt he's playing for the prosecutor's office with multiple rulings that tossed ethical standard out the window and what appeared to me to be unjust overt attacks on the defense attorneys present who have now had their fill of his handling of the trial and want him replaced with a real judge and legit prosecutor. In what world can a judge break the law on live television, get called out for it by multiple well respected highly qualified defense attorneys and then pronounce judgement in favor of himself despite him having broken the law??? In Fulton County Georgia World ... where any ignoramus can get a law degree, bar certification and license to practice so they can screw up the lives of whomever they may choose and skim money off the top of Federal Funds to fund their living the "good life." Georgia seeps corruption from the Governor's office all the way down to the lowly seats on local boards because a plan was developed and put in place to destroy the state and any chance of there being fair and honest representation of the people within government. And so it is. Georgia is on the path we've watched other once great states go down where they've been gutted and left broken by a group of corrupt greedy liars there to enrich themselves at the expense of the people who they leave high and dry holding the bag.

The bad thing about Glanville turning over the transcript is, he said he would give it to the defense, but he would go through it with the attorney. He would have the court reporter type one up. He is planning to give it to them redacted.

The judge will never go to prison or be charged. The worst that can happen is him being investigated by the bar and being disbarred, judges have full immunity, so being charged isn't happening. And he might have to step down, but even that is something I'll believe when I see. He did all this publicly, he knows the worst can happen is not being a judge anymore

Judge Glanville conducted a thorough and honest investigation into his actions and found himself not guilty of all charges - can’t really argue with that!
I’ve been saying the defense is playing the long game. Every time the judge denies the defense, they calmly ask him if he is denying it to show he understood the motion or request because it’s on record so he can never come back and say he didn’t hear or understand their question. He is so ego driven when he repeats it, he practically shouts his ruling to deny their motion or request. And they are always calm and nice when they ask him to repeat himself so it can never be said that they were rude to him. They are getting everything on record and the judge is too ego driven to recognize it.

While I do think some shady business happened with the accused, their constitutional rights and freedoms cannot be denied and twisted so the state can get a guilty conviction. The jury must be tired of the shit show.
The Jury hasn't been in the court room for the vast majority of this shit show. Although this day and age with technology being as advanced as it is and such a predominant piece of our lives I can't imagine them not being tapped into whats going on in the court room. whether through social media, the mainstream media, or at the least friends and family members who are tapped in and letting hem know. Every day it seems they are ushered into a late start, within the first 30-45 minutes there’s been an objection thats argument they aren't privy to. So they are ushered out only to be ushered back in around noon. At that point the great judge Glanville allow one or two question towards their present witness before checking the clock and saying "I have it on good authority that it approaching lunch time so let go ahead and take a lunch break and I'll see you back here in 1 hour" which turn into 2 hours. then what happened during the morning session is repeated in the afternoon portion. by days end the jury has been outside the court room in there private waiting room for more time then they were in the jury booth. Oh yeah i forgot about all the epically long bathroom breaks as well. I feel for them
