The two clips which hold the centre vent are tough and need a very strong pull, so dont be shy, they need to be pulled out by nearly a centimetre.
Hi- got a 2014 w212 - removed the screws of the unit but can’t pull it out - appears to be held tight still - are there other release latches? Thx

Hello! How do I take out the navigation plastic cover? Literally the one surrounding the navigation display. It makes some very mad noises and I don’t want to break it by trying to plug it out

If your car is 2010 and the used one is from a 2010 car, it should not need programming as long as the options of the two vehicle are the same.

Ratcheting or angle Screwdriver on Ebay or Amazon or any tool store.
@@HiTechElectronic Didn't find it like yours. A lot of them but you have to unscrew like you did wit a key. I see you just rotating the screwdriver.
