This episode was shot on 23rd Feb, we started from Rajkot and proceeded towards Junagadh

Above video has two parts - top breakfast of the country and recipe of Indori Poha.
Breakfast at Shree Hari namkeen Kotecha chowk - they serve tasty poha.
Gondal - Swami Naryan temple
Navlakha palace - This is at distance of 1-2 km from Swami Narayan temple
Palace Orchard - This place is famous for vintage car collection - 9 to 12 noon 3 pm to 6 pm are visit timings
Suresh Parotta houe - This is a neat place to have lunch in Gondal.
kalyani collection at Jetpur - This is a shop we visited at Jetpur to see Bandhani saree and we also visited their saree screen printing unit
Khambalida caves - These are old caves
Khodal Dham - This is a new Dham that was built in 2017, distance from caves - 4 km
Virpur - This place is famous for Jalaram Bapu ahram, ideally we should have first gone to Virpur then we shoud have gone to Jetpur but we were getting late, we went to Jetpur then came back in reverse direction to Virpur.
We reached Junagadh little late and stayed there at Byke suraj hotel there, we were charged Rs 2000 per day room tariff, over all decent hotel at this tariff.

Another amazing episode by Harish sir. Thank you. By the way, it was hilarious when the guide stated the fans were 250 to 300 years old @6:14 when electricity came to India only 150 years ago. Wondering how they rotated the fans for the first 100 to 150 years without electricity... By turning it manually.??? ☺️☺️☺️

I was curious about tha Fan , he mentioned about 250 year old , but Fan was invented in 1882 so probably only about 140 year old 🤭 but over all good video , thanks for uploading such videos

RTI was started by Sir Bhagwat Sinh in Gondal in the year 1865-1944.
Any citizen of the state could apply to the officer and get the information from him. And the officer has to reply to him within 3 days and if he delays in replying, there was a rule to pay a penalty of as many days as the delay.
after in 2005 parliament dr apj passed same thing as RTI act.

Harish Sir, The temple you visited in Gondal are present not only across India but across the world. Its my suggestion that you visit these Swaminarayan temples wherever you go, I am sure you would feel at peace and love the experience. These all temples are by the world famous BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha. Their Mandirs depict Indian culture and traditions. I would like to tell everyone to visit at least one of them whenever they can.
Just a little bit of information- Junagadh was the workplace of Gunatitanand Swami he stayed there for 40 years and then rested and left his body here in Gondal.

Bhagvatsinhji bapu was the first person in saurashtra who took electricity in their Gondal state. Another thing about him was that he made prepare BHAGVAT GOMANDAL a gujrati dictionary at that time. He was a great king and make good care of his state and their people. He was an architecture. The pools and roads made by him was still in good condition. Nice to see your saurashtra vlogs. Thanx for coming here.

I was about to comment the same. Sometimes these so called guides dont know enough of the area or monument and instead of admitting and saying "Sorry, i dont know exactly how old is this. Could be 50 years or 100 years..." they openly bluff that this is 250 years old. In my travelling experience, whenever this happens I instantly lose trust in any story the guides are then telling and rather just try to read from the literature and writings installed at these places... India needs to learn integrity.. enough of this chalta-hai attitude... which harms us in everything.

Gondal ke Maharaja Sir Bhagwat sinhji ki kuch bate muje yad he jo meri dadi ma ne batai thi.
1.) GONDAL me literacy rate high tha, agar aap school nahi jate to jurmana bharna padta tha.
2.) Gondal me Radio frequency ati thi jiska charge Angrejo ne manga to Maharaja sahab ne kaha ham charge pay nahi karege aap hamare Gondal ko apki range se nikal de. (Which is not possible) to Gondal ko free of charge milta tha radio frequency.
3.) Bhagwat Gaumandal - Unki likhi hui Gujarati Dictionary.
