And that interview went BOTTOM'S UP
he handled that well
Robin did so have a beard once (a light one, but not so light that it wasn't obviously a beard!). He himself had probably forgotten it here! No matter; all the brothers were terrific people with or without hair! I WISH Maurice was alive (Robin also,...now. :'-(
I call those ghost beards. It's like the beard died and all that's left is the ghost of it.
does that guy lives under the water?
He shld have apologized!
I guess the interviewer did not do his homework on The Bee Gees because Maurice and robin look very different they all look different. Poor robin he took it well I would have flipped
Just want to echo how refreshing it is to see someone take a genuine error for what it is and handle it with grace and understanding.
Robin certainly knew how to save a potential disaster!
That is what is called a true professional.
Shame on that interviewer though. I have never understood why they don’t just allow the legit fan to interview whichever celebrity- surely they have more than enough people to do the interviews.
It sucks for the celebrity and it’s horribly unprofessional for the show.
Robin could’ve easily walked out and it would’ve been totally understandable.
Those two lads left _way_ too soon.
Why didn't he just man up and apologise right there on the spot!
i agree
He was in shock
Stephen Murphy
He was just another yellow belly coward .
Hmmm..... would he address the same questions to Maurice?
I mean tho he made a mistake I think Robin went Abit off when he said that before kindly moving on
God I feel sorry for everyone in this clip . It's just awkward as hell.
Maurice's death was kept rather low-key at the time.
I honestly can understand, why a hard working TV reporter may not have heard about it.
It's sad, because you never forget a gaffe like that.
Certainly, there is life after death! Robin and Maurice still alive, more alive than ever!
Actually no
@@mikerusso703 you don't believe in life after death?
@@mikerusso703 Actually, yes. Your spirit lives for all eternity. The question is where. 1 Cor. Ch. 15. Vs. 1-4 I hope all the Gibb brothers are saved. I hope everyone gets saved.
Now wait a minute! I just think that the interviewer should have his info straight before he just starts sayin things, especially something like that. Im not trying to start any arguments and Robin (RIP) is a very sophisticated and sweet person who handled himself well. But I do believe that the interviewer made a horrible mistake and should be called out on it. There is no need to call people names.
Shut up idiot
Terrible interviewer
Speaking of Carry On , Robin pretty transformed into Charles Hawtry by then
Thick interviewer. If I had someone on, I'd read their bio. Hope he was fired for that.
