It's seasonal Sago. During Book Fair only shops are open.
Timings week days : 2 pm to 7.30 pm
Weekends: 11 am to 7.30 pm

It depends on your interests. It could be classical novels, fiction, Self Motivation, literature, history,.. If you want to buy old books at cheaper price then try for Triplicane or Moor market shops. For new books try in book fairs which contain multiple books in different categories.

You can get all categories of books starting from ₹10. Price increases based on quality of the book and number of pages.
