Yesterday any other team would've played out Aswin and Boult then attack other bowlers.. especially since RR wasn't playing Burger.. RCB is really brave.. just didn't pan out for them yesterday..
Great to see Aswin bowling economically and taking wickets, haven’t seen enough of it through the group stages. Evil supervillain award surely has to go to the TV umpire for the Karthik LBW call, thankfully it wasn’t too costly but not seeing the bat hit the pad was pretty poor.
Not to forget how good a comeback that was from Avesh Khan in his second spell after being taken down to cleaners in his first 2 overs. That really helped Ash put a squeeze on RCB.

Ashwin is one of the most intelligent cricketers in history. He definitely has a role in either commentary or in coaching waiting for him when he retires.
Aswin wicket ball against Maxwell was the off spinner not the carrom ball, It was Ashwin trying to attack the new batsman, like he said before the only time you can attack in t20s is when a new batter comes in.
