I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. Id call it tastefully gaudy. To much is to much and this is over the top in excess. Who needs a two bedroom master apartment inside your home? How isolated do you need to be? I feel like its excess for excess. Not truly usefull.

This looks like a hotel to me, the lobby looks exactly like the lobby of a 5 star hotel. The front of the house has a mish mash of different architectural styles. For me it doesnt feel homey or warm...like a house should...it feels cold and distant.

Nice interior but for that kinda money; I wouldn’t want a building site next door, any neighbours at all, especially being directly overlooked by so many, no long private driveway or land. Half that house on a private 20 acres with a lake would be better.
WITH GARAGE FOR 5 CARS , THIS VILLA HAVE NOT EVEN FOR 1 CAR !!!!

For the first time in my life, I actually like a mega expensive, mega luxury house and find it actually classy. This design and theme is right up my ally, right proportions of modern and classic beautiful. Bravo to the Architect and the interior designer.

One reason I'd never want anything as large and glamourous as this is that I wouldn't want to clean it. Nor want anyone else snooping in my home to clean it.
Another reason, and the main reason is because all that expensive luxury is too much for anybody, whether they admit it or not.
That mother of pearl bathroom is ridiculous, and the office is one of nicest offices I've ever seen.

Fireplaces of course are more necessary in scorching Dubai than they are here in warm S/Africa, yet we hardly ever do them -save for the snowy mountain Cape regions.
Dubai can get really cold, it’s not actually cold, I would call it chilly! In fact I was sat outside last night watching football and had to sit next to a fire to stay warm even whilst I had a jumper on 🥶

Absolutely Amazing!!! I am now thoroughly convinced that every other home is wayyyyyy overpriced. This home at 30,000 square feet is only selling for $1000 per square foot. This feels like a $150,000,000 home if not more. We need to start a movement and tell all of these other developers to stop price gouging. I'm praying really hard for a blessing like this....

Hello Nestor! I would like to commend you and your team for presenting this magnificent mansion excellently. I saw other presenters here in RUclips that toured this mansion but I cannot feel the magnificence of the mansion because they did not presented it with such excellence as you did. I appreciate that you really walks us through every corner of the mansion as it made me feel like I am also walking in the mansion in your direction. Some presenters always do cut scenes when they present parts and corners of the mansion they tours, and as a viewer it makes me feel dizzy as I no longer visualize the directions of the house. But you, filled that gap for me, especially by incorporating a drone shot that follows a single direction, e.g. from lobby to the outdoors. I really wished that could be slower and longer, though. Still, you did a great job. You have earned a subscription from me.
I might be alone here, but I want to see the servants quarters.

Very nice residence, too bad the neighbors have houses so high and so close which take away a lot of privacy when we would expect that no neighbor could see us at this price.

Amazing home!!! This is a generational home my family, my mother-in-law, and my grandchildren all could love here and you could go days and not see any of them. Love the style and colors. The drone is a nice touch except I could not watch it. My 75" TV make it look real. To include my motion sickness. The drone flies way too fast. Scary also I was afraid it was going to crash. Just slow a bit.
*I love this beautiful house my light concern is outdoors privacy from the neighbours over look but sometimes you must compromise*
I understand your point about privacy but since Dubai is one of the safest cities its a worthy compromise in my opinion
The interior is absolutely stunning. It’s like a mansion you would find in the Holmby Hills. You know it’s big when you can fly a drone inside. That’s was amazing flying round the chandelier

The difference in class, style and design in this indescribably beautiful home and the finest homes in the USA magnifies the difference in class with timeless style and current fads. I am American, I live in an apt in one of the boros in NYC and will never be wealthy. I’ve not seen many homes in America of wealthy people, but what I have seen on tv and the internet does not compare. Hats off to the architects and design team and of course the family for impeccable taste and style.
