I've found doing this is a really good way to test the brake lines and caliper pistons. once you stand hard on the brake peddle you know really quickly if any of your hoses or pistons are needing to be changed out. The only thing I do different is loosen the hub nut when the car is on the ground, using its weight to give me a hand.
Hi , I have a golf mk2 , the inner cv bolts keep getting loose , and loud popping noise from the drive shift. Any advice for me on what's wrong. Please help would highly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
8:05 Are you sure about those torque specs? My book says about 265nm for the axlenut and 45nm for the bolts for the inner joint. Even when translated the units dosent match up. ?????
