假如开发商有用MALL或其他设施来吸引买家就应该把这放在买卖合同里，并注明如果没履行诺言该如何赔偿。但全马开发商都不会这样做，意思浅浅. 一般上中介和他们的公司也无需对他们以MALL或其他设施为卖点的行为负法律责，因为他们只负责推销. 在他乡水到底有多深，单纯的新加坡人是无法理解的。
