One of the obvious points I didn't mention was budget breakdown though I did talk around it. What's your experience with budgets in Thailand? Is $1000 a month doable?
Thanks for the video and advice. Last year, I lived in the Jomtien area for 6 months and my monthly budget was $3K and that's with companionship with a regular Thai lady for 3x a week without buying any LDs and barfines. I did not eat any western food due way more expensive and been eating Thai food in the market. In my early 50's now, I was planning to retire but I changed my mind in the very last second and back to work again in CA, started from scratch. Will do this again, next year.
Out of curiosity, did you spend your $3000 monthly budget each month? I live on a similar budget but usually go through $2K-$2.5K a month. I eat Thai for the most part but do eat western several times a week. I also could probably save quite a bit by not drinking.
Besides online, I would say the top girls are working in either Pinup, XS, gogos. The guy that owns these two go-go also owns I believe two more but I just can’t remember their names very successful enterprise with definitely the top women in town working for him.
Awesome shirt. Where did you purchase it and do you think another might still be available for sale? Thanks Brother. Appreciate your channel and your efforts.
Do you watch March Madness? What about NFL and College Football 🏈? Not going to bars, but on your own. How do you do that? I am an expat living in Bangkok.
I'm a sports fanatic, especially the NFL. I have an Android box that gets 17K channels +. In Pattaya, you get this box with subscriptions for approximately 4500K for the 1st year. When you renew, the box is already paid for, so you only have yearly subscription price of 2500 baht. I normally buy this at TukCom in Pattaya but I'm sure Bangkok has simliar tech places.

Tom my condo is on 2 floors and 88 sq meters ! So it appears im a rock star ! Yaa
You’re way more than a rockstar
If I have money for all fixed bills plus 30,000 baht a month I live a good life.
Ask to be interviewed for the channel. With that budget you could inspire others .
Christ that’s a tight budget - good for you. Not including health insurance I came in at 35k but adding that it’s 43k so hats off to you.
@jorgenmansson4269 That's a great point. Let me know if you're interested in doing an interview?
Awesome idea.

Thank you so much, I had the shirt made by Houston Tailor's in Pattaya for 600 baht / $20. I believe the material is readily available.

Does your building rent for two months at a time?
I am looking to come twice a year for two months each time
No, My building has a minimum of a 3 month lease. But there are many that have month to month leases like the Riviera Wongamat next door to me.
I'm next door building to Tom and you can rent a condo here for one or two months no problem.
The law is a minimum of 30 days.
There you go, thank you, Andy
Who do you use for your taxes?
I normally just use Turbo Tax software
