In the late 90s the state of California proposed to build more reservoirs, but the climatologists told them that "due to climate change there would not be enough of rain in the future to justify building them." Obviously, they were wrong. Time to move on and build more reservoirs!!!

What a joke we have had severe rain this winter we can collect all the rain water we want gavel gruesome will still come out in couple months and say we are in a severe 10 year-long drought
