- Check out this #tornado producing supercell with mothership supercell structure and a bright blue hail/rain core squeezed out as supercells merge! This mothership dropped a few brief tornadoes on the Flint Hills of Kansas. This record breaking storm chasing season of 2024 continues to roll! Team Dominator is building a Dominator 5 this offseason to intercept even F5 tornadoes.

@@Dreadd11 I am sure a tornado touched down eventually because Mesocyclones if the rotation within them gets tight enough it can lead to a tornado forming on the ground!

@@LostSwiftpaw the storm produced a brief tornado but it did not touch the ground it quickly dissipated that's what Reed Timmer seen daring the footage it never formed all the way!

I had never seen anything like that, I thought the blue color in it was similar to the curtain of rain that covered the 2013 el reno that made part of the tornado glow blue, good job reed

Like these videos where you actually explain and teach the watchers what you're seeing, until the yelling starts. I've been to many NWS spotter training classes and have storm spotted in the field but never chased. You provide us with some excellent stuff to learn from.

its crazy how reed even though the conditions aren't favorable can read and be where the tornado would produce reeds the best.
We had a QLCS come through west Georgia that looked so similar. Couldn't see the mesocyclone but I got right under the rotation and the blue in the clouds was unbelievable. Never had a tornado form fortunately
