Is he like me, born and raised in Monroe County, after 40 years sold my 3 bedroom 2.5 bath in Key West 2 years ago and bought 600 acre ranch in Montana mortgage free with absolutely Majectic views, clean air and year round recreation with fly fishing, hunting, skiing, horses. Keys just became over crowded, no seasons, home owners insurance approaching 50k a year, boat insurance ect……Was once a fun place growing up in the 70’s 80’s and90’s. No different story here. They just have some other opportunities and don't use the condo as much as they thought they would. Same for boat, it stays stored almost all of the time.

Agree that sometimes there are small details that can make or break how comfortable and usable a boat is. Felt like I learned some important things to know about this boat, and things to look for in one.

I did this video for a friend that is selling his condo with me. There is no commission on the boat...period. I was very clear in the video that I will have nothing to do with the sale of the boat, I will pass along the owner's info and try to put buyer and seller together. Believe it or not, some folks just do things to help folks out. I know it's a rare thing these days, but some of still operate this way. I really like the boat, and do actually feel that this is an excellent versatile boat for the Keys. Thanks for watching!!

The Keys is a tourist trap. I got pulled over for driving to slow in Marathon it costed me $3K That was just in Lawyer fees.
