I have a very dry skin and whenever i shave my face without any cream it turns all red and then alot of bumps and small pimples start to appear. So i started using aloe vera gel in a very thin layer where i want to shave and the hair do comes out it is just that i have to go over it again for 3 to 4 times. It does not gives any bump instead makes my skin smooth. But u have to apply the aloe gel in a thin layer. I also go in the opposite direction of my hair growth and trust me that gives a really nice finish. Just be careful. Hope this helps.
Hey! Same here. But in contradiction to what mals just said, personally for me coconut oil works! I oil my face before I shave. The blade glides easier and there's absolutely no irritation once I'm done!
Yes aloe gel can be used i also use this gel coz if your skin is dry then razor will create a friction and opposite direction me karna is not necessary 😌
I used to get miserable bumps on my skin too after shaving, I noticed that it happened every time I shaved on dry skin. I tried a lot of methods and finally settled with one. I wash my face nicely and apply coconut oil or any good face oil. It gets a little tacky, but it's much better than having bumps. After shaving, I wash my face again and rub a clean piece of alum on it and rinse with plain water, it helps killing all the bacteria and heals the skin. I wear a good moisturizer over it. I have never had bumps after shaving since I started following this technique, works for extra sensitive skin like mine too.

I know everyone recommends shaving a dry face but that always broke my face out in many bumps. I’ve tried many techniques including aloe gel, oil and what works the best is just face wash. Shaving a wet face with face wash is the smoothest experience and I no longer break out in bumps. I hope this helps anyone else facing the same issue. Do what works for your skin.
I apply coconut oil generously and then shave my face because with bare face the process is not smooth the blade doesn't glide on then after washing i apply ice. I don't get bumps anymore! This works for me!

Hi malu Di , to avoid bumps and whiteheads post shaving I would recommend you to youse some aloevera gel or any oil of you choice while shaving it'll reduce the friction and your razor will glide smoothly and also it won't give you any bumps. And post shaving also you can use Aloevera gel it'll soothe your skin 💙🧿

Hey Malz! I used to get razor bumps and ingrown hair all the time but then I learnt that we should shave in the direction of hair growth and not the opposite direction. This has really helped me and I hope it helps others as well. Also, you are literally the best.❤️

Malz I have a suggestion.. Apply a thin layer of aleovera gel before you start shaving. It will help you not get bumps. I have tried it and it worked wonders for me. Also.. Apply a layer of aleobera after the process. Just don't massage (obviously), bass pad a layer of aleovera. Try it you will love.
I don’t know who needs to see this‼️ but my dermatologist here in the Philippines advised me NOT and NEVER wet face for 8 hours after shaving, threading and waxing!!! Because the pores will be wide open to irritation. It will be better to just use damp cloth to clean your face. It is also advised to avoid direct sunlight, sweating, abrasive facial products, any product that may clog and/or irritate the pores for at least 24 hours. Really helped my skin. xoxo 😘 Edit: AND ALSO‼️ Never, EVER, shave, thread or wax when you have menstruation. Hormones during your period increase the sensitivity so you may find it more painful than usual and the acnes and bumps you encounter will be bigger
Srish A yeah, it’s fine as long as you don’t soak and douse on it too much. Just apply a little. Preferably, apply rose water to help soothe the irritation. But if you experience allergies, just rub some ice cubes on the place for some minutes. That’ll also help keep your pores tightened and closed☺️
Hey Malvika! Great content. I used to shave my face on bare skin and noticed the bumps and small spots as you told. But just a week a ago i moisturized my face (recommended by many) and went ahead with the process. The bumps and spots reduced drastically. Only a few were there and disappeared in 2-3 days time. She has noticed bumps now after so many years because now she can't go for clean up in quarantine. I also shaved after watching her old video and i got hell lot of bumps they grew and became as large as hormonal acne. But my hormones were fine it was because of razor. I got my period on time everything was same the only thing i added new was razor. Now a ne has gone and my both cheeks are red with huge spots . No didn't touch them or scratched. Let's hope within 2-3years they fade away a little. Am not complaining just telling girls not to follow blindly just read ur skin if sensitive don't do it
please don't use scrub or face wash after you have shaved your face,do it before shaving,after you've shaved just wash your face with cool water and apply really thin and light cream,you can use bamboo or aloe gel,Mal scrubed her face after shaving,I don't know why it'll give her hell a lot of bumps I'm sure
@@Suvangi it will catch up in long run she will see the effects and no the skin doesn't sag because you wax your face it sags if you don't it the right way and girl your pores are cleaned up that includes sebum and you have Brazillian wax for your face use it...and there is no mention of malu cleaning the razor with isopropyl alcohol. I'm only stating that your intro needs to include these precautions and no you shouldn't just spread misinformation about using scrub after shaving please do your research.
Ok this is gonna sound crazy but the razor you use determines whether or not you're gonna get those bumps and texture. So I was using the Feather Piany razors and oh My god. It used to give me horrible results. It used to break me out like crazy. And I knew it was this razor because I had shaved couple of times before that as well with the Tinkle razors and this never used to happen. So I went to Miniso and got their Eyebrow Razor. It changed my life. What a result! It shaves of and exfoliates Sooo well. And I never ever got any bump or Whitehead even after such an intense shave. So, definitely do a patch test and figure out what razors work best for you 😘💝

But because shaving means just cutting off the hair above the skin..when it grows back you feel that it's sharp.. but that's just natural.. when you remove hair from the roots it grows new hair and so the tip is softer in comparison..that's the only difference ..But shaving has become my favourite way of removing hair because it's painless, easy, quick and you can do it anytime anywhere by yourself.. So many pros !!

I am such a hairy person, that I am so sure, facial hairs are going to come back harder when I will shave. So, I will just enjoy seeing you shave, and then your smooth skin. You go, girl!!!
Earlier I also used to suffer from post shave bumps and whiteheads. But I experimented and finally found a solution that works for my extremely sensitive skin. After washing my face..I ice it for good 3-4 mins. Then I apply a thin layer of the Nivea sensitive skin shaving foam(it's for men..but who cares..works for me). Then I shave and wash my face with Cetaphil gentle cleanser. Then I again ice my face for 3-4 mins and after that I apply a clay mask( I use the Aztec Indian healing clay). Finally, I end the ordeal with my toner and moisture (I don't use facial oils on the day I shave my face). This routine has helped me.

Apply a really thin layer of aloevera gel or bamboo gel. I apply facesjop's bamboo gel and shave with miniso razor and trust me and try this you are going to love. You might not even get white heads and bumbs and the skin will be moisturized because of gel . Try this mals and others i bet you guys will love

After a month acne settled down after heck load of proper skincare. But I am left with marks and tiny little holes. It's been a year now and marks have faded a little and tiny holes after acne disappeared are still the same in size. They have not reduced.

I was always nervous about shaving my face using razor and I courageously tried shaving my forehead.... It was one of my worst mistakes...my whole forehead is full of bumps and tiny pimples... If u r planning to shave ur face using razor for the 1st time then I would suggest u to shave just a patch so that u won't regret later on...it obviously depends on ur skin type and all, but shaving just a patch is always safe...Thinking of buying that veet thing which Mals is using... After seeing her old shaving video, I started shaving my face, that was the biggest mistake I have ever made!!! My cheecks was covered by innumerable acnes!!!! It was really depressing, I tried hell lot of skincare,DIYs, and what not but nothing helped me! Finally After using a anti-acne gel it is now finally gone!! But the scars and pits haven't gone yet!! So please dont follow anything blindly, she can afford expensive skincare products and services so she doesn't have to face problems like us. We can't really afford such expensive services every month !! So if you want a flawless skin, stop shaving, and start doing skincare and do not change your skincare products often, just stick to what suits your skin type. And most importantly stop shaving the hairs coz it's there for some scientific reason and also we dont have men hair so stop doing it. Just follow CTM (Cleansing Toning And Moisturizing) religiously. And If you want you can scrub your face once or twice a week and use a face pack according to your skin's need. Follow a Daytime and Nighttime skincare routine only and do not change your skincare products often. That's it you don't have to do anything else to your face, your face will look clean and healthy trust me.

Exfoliating your face after shaving, avoids the ingrown hair and bumps. For me personally, I use a konjac sponge every morning to avoid clogged pores. This has definitely made a difference and now I don't get any bumps on my skin.

I felt like ur in my neighbourhood.. btw I feel the same with waxing n threading, it will loosen ur skin with age..laser didn’t help me.. there were lot of new growth after completing my 6 sessions.. I have always shaved my arms n feet, don’t have a lot of hair so it works just fine n last longer.. for my chin I just use veet or shave.. luckily I don’t have mustache or sidelocks

I don’t feel it’s a good idea to shave your face. It’s just all western culture because they don’t have luxury to go for treading at such lower prices (it’s a lot more expensive there). Yes definitely not a good idea to wax your whole face but even shaving is not an option.......those who have not so visible hair fuss on their faces please please don’t go for shaving or waxing just because it’s trending all over the internet....the hair growth is to protect your skin from pollution,dust etc and that’s the reason you are getting those pimples white heads because you are removing that protection layer from your skin.
Vivid Twist the thing is....face is quite sensitive as compared to any other part of body that’s y those hair are important to protect the skin just like nose hair 😜 (which protect our nozzle system from outside dust bacterias as it gets stuck in the hair) so that’s the same theory 😁

If you get bumps after shaving use a aftershave balm I use the nivea aftershave balm which you can also use as a primer under your makup That's how I deal with it and it works Also cleaning the razor with alcohol before shaving is also helpfull

I guess the bumps could be because we aren't moisturizing the face.. I used to do it the same way on bare face and I used to get the same bumps on my face.. but now that I first just moisture my face a lil or put some aloe gel and then do it the bumps don't appear any more after shaving.. I do this process for more than a year now and I have been shaving my face for more than 2.5 yrs now.. and yes threading ur brows are the best technique to do it.. 👍😊

I used to shave my face on bare skin and noticed the bumps and small spots as you told. But just a week a ago i moisturized my face (recommended by many) and went ahead with the process. The bumps and spots reduced drastically. Only a few were there and disappeared in 2-3 days time. So I highly recommend that to people who are facing this problem.

I also shaved after watching her old video and i got hell lot of bumps they grew and became as large as hormonal acne. But my hormones were fine it was because of razor. I got my period on time everything was same the only thing i added new was razor. Now a ne has gone and my both cheeks are red with huge spots . No didn't touch them or scratched. Let's hope within 2-3years they fade away a little. Am not complaining just telling girls not to follow blindly just read ur skin if sensitive don't do it

please don't use scrub or face wash after you have shaved your face,do it before shaving,after you've shaved just wash your face with cool water and apply really thin and light cream,you can use bamboo or aloe gel,Mal scrubed her face after shaving,I don't know why it'll give her hell a lot of bumps I'm sure
@@Suvangi it will catch up in long run she will see the effects and no the skin doesn't sag because you wax your face it sags if you don't it the right way and girl your pores are cleaned up that includes sebum and you have Brazillian wax for your face use it...and there is no mention of malu cleaning the razor with isopropyl alcohol. I'm only stating that your intro needs to include these precautions and no you shouldn't just spread misinformation about using scrub after shaving please do your research.

Ok this is gonna sound crazy but the razor you use determines whether or not you're gonna get those bumps and texture. So I was using the Feather Piany razors and oh My god. It used to give me horrible results. It used to break me out like crazy. And I knew it was this razor because I had shaved couple of times before that as well with the Tinkle razors and this never used to happen. So I went to Miniso and got their Eyebrow Razor. It changed my life. What a result! It shaves of and exfoliates Sooo well. And I never ever got any bump or Whitehead even after such an intense shave. So, definitely do a patch test and figure out what razors work best for you 😘💝
I also use feather piany razors but I never got a bump even a single tym. So not only the razors matter, the skin and the way also matters

But because shaving means just cutting off the hair above the skin..when it grows back you feel that it's sharp.. but that's just natural.. when you remove hair from the roots it grows new hair and so the tip is softer in comparison..that's the only difference ..But shaving has become my favourite way of removing hair because it's painless, easy, quick and you can do it anytime anywhere by yourself.. So many pros !!

Earlier I also used to suffer from post shave bumps and whiteheads. But I experimented and finally found a solution that works for my extremely sensitive skin.
After washing my face..I ice it for good 3-4 mins. Then I apply a thin layer of the Nivea sensitive skin shaving foam(it's for men..but who cares..works for me). Then I shave and wash my face with Cetaphil gentle cleanser. Then I again ice my face for 3-4 mins and after that I apply a clay mask( I use the Aztec Indian healing clay).
Finally, I end the ordeal with my toner and moisture (I don't use facial oils on the day I shave my face).
This routine has helped me.
I also tried shaving my face watching ur videos....and whenever i touch my face like with d backside of my palm in d upward direction i feel rough hairs i dnt know why is dis plus i dnt know where to get an suggestion from so im asking u since u r experienced is it d same for evryone or because i get more tiny hairs as compared others
its same in my case....i continued to shave my face with those razors looking at all those youtubers....but after a few months my skin became greenish like those of men after shaving...mi totally stopped using those razors right away....i suggest u should not shave ur face....instead just use a thread or may be natural treatments.

Yes and the area gets so rough that I can see and feel it looks like a man’s face. Don’t know why RUclipsrs ask everyone to shave their face. I have done it few times and that particular area looks like a guy’s bearded face.

Apply a really thin layer of aloevera gel or bamboo gel. I apply facesjop's bamboo gel and shave with miniso razor and trust me and try this you are going to love. You might not even get white heads and bumbs and the skin will be moisturized because of gel . Try this mals and others i bet you guys will love

After a month acne settled down after heck load of proper skincare. But I am left with marks and tiny little holes. It's been a year now and marks have faded a little and tiny holes after acne disappeared are still the same in size. They have not reduced.
That's y I'm afraid to even try it. Already have suffered throughout my teenage with acne and blemishes. But I really get jealous of those clear hairless skin of others. I don't have much but it still bothers me.

I was always nervous about shaving my face using razor and I courageously tried shaving my forehead.... It was one of my worst mistakes...my whole forehead is full of bumps and tiny pimples... If u r planning to shave ur face using razor for the 1st time then I would suggest u to shave just a patch so that u won't regret later on...it obviously depends on ur skin type and all, but shaving just a patch is always safe...Thinking of buying that veet thing which Mals is using... I hope I don't regret later on..

Apply aleo vera ice cubes on your face once you are done shaving your face ...it will prevent your face from small pimples which arrises the very next day of face shaving.🙂
After seeing her old shaving video, I started shaving my face, that was the biggest mistake I have ever made!!! My cheecks was covered by innumerable acnes!!!! It was really depressing, I tried hell lot of skincare,DIYs, and what not but nothing helped me! Finally After using a anti-acne gel it is now finally gone!! But the scars and pits haven't gone yet!! So please dont follow anything blindly, she can afford expensive skincare products and services so she doesn't have to face problems like us. We can't really afford such expensive services every month !! So if you want a flawless skin, stop shaving, and start doing skincare and do not change your skincare products often, just stick to what suits your skin type. And most importantly stop shaving the hairs coz it's there for some scientific reason and also we dont have men hair so stop doing it. I am telling this, coz I have gone through a lot by shaving my face, and trust me its hell depressing!! My skin use to be so clean and clear, but now I have tiny pits all over my cheecks!

Just follow CTM (Cleansing Toning And Moisturizing) religiously. And If you want you can scrub your face once or twice a week and use a face pack according to your skin's need. Follow a Daytime and Nighttime skincare routine only and do not change your skincare products often. That's it you don't have to do anything else to your face, your face will look clean and healthy trust me.

@@indhushiva8615 Already told, just follow a simple basic skincare routine, do not use harsh chemicals in your face, just follow CTM that's it. Pimples will disappear gradually. You can use the clean and clear pimple clearing face wash its really very effective.

Exfoliating your face after shaving, avoids the ingrown hair and bumps. For me personally, I use a konjac sponge every morning to avoid clogged pores. This has definitely made a difference and now I don't get any bumps on my skin.

I felt like ur in my neighbourhood.. btw I feel the same with waxing n threading, it will loosen ur skin with age..laser didn’t help me.. there were lot of new growth after completing my 6 sessions.. I have always shaved my arms n feet, don’t have a lot of hair so it works just fine n last longer.. for my chin I just use veet or shave.. luckily I don’t have mustache or sidelocks

I don’t feel it’s a good idea to shave your face. It’s just all western culture because they don’t have luxury to go for treading at such lower prices (it’s a lot more expensive there). Yes definitely not a good idea to wax your whole face but even shaving is not an option.......those who have not so visible hair fuss on their faces please please don’t go for shaving or waxing just because it’s trending all over the internet....the hair growth is to protect your skin from pollution,dust etc and that’s the reason you are getting those pimples white heads because you are removing that protection layer from your skin.
Vivid Twist the thing is....face is quite sensitive as compared to any other part of body that’s y those hair are important to protect the skin just like nose hair 😜 (which protect our nozzle system from outside dust bacterias as it gets stuck in the hair) so that’s the same theory 😁

If you get bumps after shaving use a aftershave balm
I use the nivea aftershave balm which you can also use as a primer under your makup
That's how I deal with it and it works
Also cleaning the razor with alcohol before shaving is also helpfull

I guess the bumps could be because we aren't moisturizing the face.. I used to do it the same way on bare face and I used to get the same bumps on my face.. but now that I first just moisture my face a lil or put some aloe gel and then do it the bumps don't appear any more after shaving.. I do this process for more than a year now and I have been shaving my face for more than 2.5 yrs now.. and yes threading ur brows are the best technique to do it.. 👍😊
