As a Psu fan I disagree with a lot of what he said, the reason he disappeared a lot last season was the terrible play calling & erratic QB play. KLS is a great player and pickup for Auburn.

@@thomasdickey1397 yes he was last year, but I’m willing to see what he’s got with actual weapons. KLS would’ve been our WR1 by a landslide last year. We had no one to help him out.
Could he still underperform this year? Sure, but let’s see what he can do with competent WR’s first. Just my opinion.
@@johncrane1594 It was some of everything you mentioned. There are 11 players on offense every down, so it’s never all one player. But do I think he’s mediocre at best, yes, even if all those things you mention is 180 degrees better.

Having grown up in Georgia and lived in PA, I see more likeness than differences as far as PA city foiks, PA suburban, and PA rural and farmers. Similar differences as in Georgia.

He balled out in the Rose Bowl. He had nagging injuries last year as well, especially the last 4 games. He wasn’t happy there either obviously. He’s a WR1 💯. Some people aren’t natural leaders but still have the most production and start in their position. Jarquez Hunter comes to mind. As does Darius Slayton. Put this guy in a fun environment and grab the popcorn. He adds a win or two, he’s a game changer. You shouldn’t ask people who don’t have a leadership mindset to be leaders. Antonio Brown………. LR issues are in the past at a different school and under a different coaching staff with a different culture. I don’t care what people say, the tape and numbers don’t lie…..

If you think about it, Auburn really hasn't lost any top tier guys to the portal since Hugh Freeze has been running the program. Bo Nix got A LOT of criticism for being a sub par leader at Auburn if I remember. Many people said he worked his butt off, but never led anyone and the players didn't follow him. He would sit by himself alot so folks lobbed darts in his direction and questioned his ability and decision making. Last night he went no 12. In the draft and proved TONS of people wrong. Kieth Lambert can do the same thing with his detractors. Keep his head down, work his tail off, and prove that he can play at the next level. We don't care about his past, only how he performs for us. War Eagle 👍

KLS probably wanted out to go to a school to have a better chance to be a part of an upcoming/upgraded passing game to help get to The League.
Franklin isn’t really known for getting receivers to the NFL, Freeze is.
I agree with you (partially). Penn State has not had a dynamic passing offense since 2017. Still, Franklin has put his share of WRs and TEs in the league: Allen Robinson, Jahan Dotson, Chris Godwin, KJ Hamler, Mike Gesicki, Jesse James, Dan Chisena, Parker Washington, Theo Johnson, Pat Freirermuth, Mitchell Tinsley, etc.. So going to Penn State is never a bad career decision if you have ambitions to play in the league.
I didn’t hear any sour grapes. Sounded realistic but we don’t need him to be a #1 WR anyways. But the scary thing is he may be right about the qb position. And I hated TJ.
Definitely sour grapes he took every opportunity to talk down and when Zach said he’s gonna ask him to say some good stuff about him… he hated even more. And he hates the hype he’s getting. Why would he even if it’s not true… it’s great for KLS because it gives him more value.
I guess I don’t expect another fan base to talk glowingly about a transfer, so my thoughts are to try to match some of what they say with what I see. Listening to him and watching highlights, it looks as described. A #2-#3 WR that looks better for the slot.

Penn State fan here. I wish this wide receiver well, but based on his play, he just couldn’t create separation between himself and elite DBs, and as a result, he completely disappeared in big games. In regards to his character or leadership, I have no idea and neither does this Penn State homer so in that regard, you should ignore this dude.
