    12:03 god was re-starting creation...at the flood, gen 6, not between gen1:1 and gen1:2. this makes more sense as the flood can explain the fossils and the seemingly old age of the earth. what an insight. thank you for sharing, david!

    "Faith without actions is dead by itself.(James 2:17)"
    But "Faith in the salvation brought by Jesus Christ(John 3:16)," "changes us to do 'good actions(Exodus 20:3-17; Matthew 22:37-39)' (2 Corinthians 5:17)." This change is not brought by our own efforts, but by Jesus' effort "... the author and finisher of our faith....Hebrews 12:2"
    It's "God who has given you this truth(John 17:17; Luke 24:45)"
    Remember it's our choice to believe and experience God(Joshua 24:15).

    1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
    2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
    3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
    4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: ___ 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 ----
    =====
    20 For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.
    21 Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us,
    22 set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.
    23 I call God as my witness - and I stake my life on it ___ 2 Corinthians 1:20-23

    I truely understand ur confusion! 4 yrs i couldnt get it until i found out that by Jewish reckoning...any part of any day is considerd as a WHOLE day! Pls remember that God established in Genesis how 2 define a day, "& da evening + the morning were the 1st day"etc...So Christ died on Friday b4 sunset [1st day], then kept the Sabbath by resting in the grave [2nd day], then Saturday sunset is the being of the 3rd day. Eventhough Mary meets Christ Sunday morning, it has already been Sunday for hrs!

    It is a pity D.A> gets this one crucial thing so wrong. He is an excellent teacher so I will ignore his admonition that "If your Pastor gets something wrong, walk away and leave that congregation" as he suggests in another video. He has too many things right not to listen, but when he stumbles, he really stumbles!

      John Fernandez True Israel is Spiritual Israel; Earthly Israel ceased to exist as prophesied in Daniel 9. David explains and proves that Israel is replaced by Christ and subsequently by those who receive his spirit becoming Spiritual Israel!

    55:02 jonah was not a random event. there is no random event in god's plan of salvation. all of scriptures is how jesus will bring about our reconciliation with god and fulfill his purpose of creating a nation of kings and priests in eternity to be in his eternal kingdom.

    Jesus said, "I am the true vine and my father is the vine grower. He takes away every branch in me that does not bear fruit....Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit for without me you can do nothing. Whoever doesn't bear fruit will be thrown out like a branch and whither. People will gather the branches and throw them into the fire (John 15) Whoever keeps my commandments will remain in me and I in him." Faith Alone is not biblical. Faith and Works (fruit). Don't be fooled

    John 19:31 KJV
    31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,)
    A high Sabbath was when the special feast day fell on a regular Sabbath day, in which the start of the Month being the New Moon was counted the first Sabbath day of that month. When God set the feast days, there were no names to Months nor weekdays, the pegan Romans started naming them.

    We may conclude that the teachings of replacement theology are not the most literal interpretations of the teachings of Scripture, and replacement theology must be carefully scrutinized. The covenant promises made to Israel still apply to Israel, and they will be fulfilled literally. This includes the possession of the land of Israel by the Jewish people
    as well as the Promise about Jerusalem!
    Luke 21:24
    Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
    I believe that was 1967 when it occurred. To whom was THIS promise made? The Nation of Israel. And while I could go on with more fulfilled promises to the Nation of Israel I think this scripture says it all. Yes (as I said below) Israel did fail but it was part of God's plan! Not to wrest his Promises away from the nation, for clearly HE would never do this:
    Isaiah 49:13-17 New International Version (NIV)
    13 Shout for joy, you heavens;
    rejoice, you earth;
    burst into song, you mountains!
    For the Lord comforts his people
    and will have compassion on his afflicted ones.
    14 But Zion said, “The Lord has forsaken me,
    the Lord has forgotten me.”
    15 “Can a mother forget the baby at her breast
    and have no compassion on the child she has borne?
    Though she may forget,
    I will not forget you!
    16 See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands;
    your walls are ever before me.
    17 Your children hasten back,
    and those who laid you waste depart from you.
    Replacement Theology? I think not!

    At 52:29 he is enthusiastically attempting to undo Israel's importance to God and that the Promises therefore have nothing to do with National Israel. How about this one:
    “And the LORD said to Abram, after Lot had separated from him: ‘Lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are-northward, southward, eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever.'” (Genesis 13:14-15).
    “And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you. Also I give to you and your descendants after you the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, as an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.” (Genesis 17:7-8)
    Neither of these passages place any conditions on Abraham or his descendants, and it is in these passages that God promises Abraham, “all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever.” God, who never lies, promised Abraham that his descendants would possess the land forever - and He will keep that promise!
    REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY IS NOT NEW. It did not start in 1864 when the 7th Day Adventists took hold.

      @@remnantime3672 @54:29 He says WHo can find it, about Jesus Rising from the Dead in the "OT". You might try Is. 53! Furthermore, the Hebrew Bible was written for Jews (and Christians with the Modern light of The Messiah). For if the Jews did not reject Jesus, none of the goyim would have entered into Heaven (ROm 9-11)..so NO, the Old Testament is EXACTLY how God wanted ity= to be seen, and not because of PRE OR POST Jesus' eyes to seel. It is the Word of God, whom Jesus participated in FULLY!
      Does that answer your question?

  • @IDamian1
    @IDamian1 5 лет назад

    Your whole sermon about FULFILLED (49:25) intentionally leaves out the next verse. Omitting Bible verses to prove a point is either poor research, or worse, a kind of spiritual blindness. The whole scripture that you quote is:
    17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.
    18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
    Who here brethren, think that EARTH and Heaven have PASSED AWAY just yet? And what happens to those who teach that the law is now of no further consequence because Jesus FULFILLED IT?
    19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
    Yes of course Jesus fulfilled the law but to try and minimize its importance is not what Jesus had in mind. Yes it is written on our hearts now, but to claim therefore that Israel is now NOT Israel to whom all 7 covenants apply, you put yourself under verse 19. You WILL be part of the Kingdom of Heaven, but you will be considered the LEAST if you pursue this course.

    52:45 david, your presentation is apologetics acrobatics, just as wrong as replacement theology. god's promises to his chosen people can only be fulfilled in jesus. that does not make jesus the new israel. however, the gentiles have always been intended to have a part of that promise which started with abraham, through whose offspring all nations will be blessed because through his lineage the anointed one of god will be born. that is why paul only says we, gentiles are the wild olive tree branches that get grafted into the olive tree, israel.

  • @IDamian1
    @IDamian1 5 лет назад

    "I don't know if they had a scripture reading for that day"(43:30). David, you would be well served if you visited Israel once in your life. At this point it is clear you know nothing about what it is to be Jewish. Why are you so hot on trying to take the Promises given to the Nation of Israel which are IRREVOCABLE, (Rom 11;29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance, IRREVOCABLE) and deliver them to the Gentiles? Are you afraid that, just like the reason the Pope changed the Sabbath from Saturday to Sunday, too many Gentiles will simply not wish to associate with the teachings of the Bible because it appears too closely related to the Nation of Israel?
