@stormy weather - The '95 film was ok for its time, but Annihilation was pure garbage. This film looks like it will do the MK franchise justice.

In the original game timeline they were raised as sisters and made to believe they were twins.

@@MildMisanthropeMaybeMassive You said they were raised "as" sisters. Not "like" sisters. "As" sisters would imply that they actually are sisters. They weren't raised as/like sisters in the original game timeline anyway, so respectfully, I still say you are incorrect. Nothing that happened in the new timeline changed the event in mk9 where Kitana discovers Mileena in Shang Tsung's flesh pits. So that's likely how that went down in the original timeline.

@@MrPepelatino Although we only saw Mileena in the trailer, I personally think that Kitana should be in the Mortal Kombat (2021), same as Baraka, because in order to create Mileena, Shang Tsung would need Kitana and one of those Tarkatans, for example Baraka, so it would be weird if they are not in the movie, also Warner Bros should at least add Sindel and Johnny Cage in this film.

I was the dude in the middle when I first seen the trailer. My childhood is coming back. Reptile is my fave. I believe that was him in the ending of the trailer. I'm stoked!!

@Fresh Sodaa True I thought so as well but then I had to step back and put things in perspective. The actor they have as Scorpion(which is a very good Japanese actor in my opinion) has a semi strong Japanese accent so when saying those words the accent is going to come through a bit. Second they're are wearing pretty decent size masks so it's going to be muffled a bit. And watching the first MK MOVIE when he says get over here you can hear a bit of tuning in the vocals like they added an effect. I think they wanted to keep his voice natural and raw without that. That's just my opinion but overall I'm super excited either way! 😁
Love the reaction from you guys for this, it was awesome. Know what I like about your reactions. You guys clearly understood that the movies are all fictional, so when you see all the violence, gore and blood, you're not so sensitive about it. Plus I like how you don't hide it from your children and let them express themselves, and they are all cool with it just like you are. I truly love that about you guys. Nowadays everyone seems so sensitive about, what is being depicted in a movie, song or just general videos like your own RUclips reactions. What I love too is that you are not just sticking to America/westernized movies, but exploring the Asain/easternized movies. You will reach a wider audience that way too. I can't wait for the music reactions, definitely have some Jamaican Dancehall music for you to listen with a lyrics sheet of course, so you can understand what they are saying in patios. Keep up the great work and looking forward to what you guys can achieve in the future with this channel. I personally would love to see you guys post reactions to some Japanese anime series, maybe One Piece if you can huge story in that anime 960+ episodes. But if you never watch animes before then Death Note is a good start for you guys, plus you can watch it in dub, since it's one of the few animes that are good in english, where you don't have to watch it with english subtitles. Keep up the great work guys and much love from Jamaica. Who is the new lady in the video you guys didn't introduce her, or I missed it? Cole young is a completely new character in the MK universe. He doesn’t know what is going on and is going to be asking questions throughout the movie for new MK viewers to get up to speed. Johnny Cage will be heavily involved in the sequel. Kabal, Reptile and Reiko are confirmed in this movie. Kano will end up turning on the Earthrelm fighters, his true colors will show, he is not a good guy. Cole Young will end up being a descendent of scorpion. Sub-Zero is the main villain. If someone in the family was expecting a happy family movie, they chose the wrong movie to watch. This is one of the reasons the film is called MORTAL KOMBAT. Blood, fights and fatalities. The initial budget for the film was 200 million dollars, but WARNER's management reduced it to 50 million because of the film's violence.

LIU KANG is badass LIU KANG forever I love watching Ludi Lin fight just when LIU KANG looks so strong, brave, Fighter, warrior, brave, heroic and determined as LIU KANG, the best hero in the universe. Seeing him summon the giant fire dragon is super impressive as LIU KANG apart from transforming into a real dragon and fire dragon can also create a great fire dragon. I only watch the LIU KANG movie. I hope to see LIU KANG fight a lot. He has always been my idol. Ludi Lin's wardrobe looks great but LIU KANG is characterized by being bare-chested and that's why Ludi Lin struggled and worked hard for years to be muscular like LIU KANG. I would like to know how Ludi Lin prepared to act LIU KANG in what way he studied and investigated it. I would like Robin Shou to act like LIU KANG's father as a memory or a ghost. The fight must be LIU KANG vs SHANG TSUNG, not the latter against another character. KUNG LAO must fight GORO. Jessica Mc Namme has a beautiful ass just like Sonya Blade. For the next movie they should include mk characters that were unpopular but have a lot of potential to exploit like for example Hsu Hao, Dairou, Hotaru etc they could offer a great fight to the death and die in a spectacular and impressive and unforgettable way because if the game did not give them the opportunity to have a good development the film will give it to them. I'd like Victoria Justice to be Sheeva that she first appears in her human form and then transforms into a sexy, scantily clad beast.

This was so great totally looking forward to this movie. Even though I enjoyed the first movies this one is epic. I just notice that Smoke was in this as well. Also does anyone think it could be possible that scene after Scorpion fighting multiple people that it might be Baraka slicing upward into someone through that sliding door. They seem to be slightly hiding and hinting at some characters so you will be surprised when you see future trailers or the movie if not revealed in trailers. Been wondering if that was him every time I see the trailer.

The first MK movie was pretty good considering the other shitty video game adaptations that were released during the same time like Street Fighter and Super Mario Bros. or Double Dragon. MK 2 Annihilation was pure crap and so was the cartoons. MK Conquest was OK due to being kind of an origin story an so on but what we've really been waiting for since 92 is this movie. From the first looks it has kind of a MK Rebirth/Legacy (Web series) feel to it. It will be totally awesome. Can't wait.
