you’re going to love tokyo ghoul! it can be quite gruesome, depending on what you see gruesome as, but wow the art is gorgeous and the story is magnificent! it’s in my top 5 of favourite manga series. i really do hope you enjoy it!
@@mgy2k6 the anime just does NOT do this series justice. you could call it an organised mess in some way?? it’s very jumpy and hard to follow though. it gets even worse with tokyo ghoul:re. my god, the anime is painful to watch but the manga is *chefs kiss.* it‘s a great example of when anime’s butcher the original manga series 😔 i’m never too picky about my anime but if they ruin a manga series i hold close to my heart, expect me to not like it. i could never hate it like how i hate yarichin, but it’s definitely not a favourite anime of mine. i could probably watch season 1 if i was really bored, but season 2.... yeah no (the op SLAPS though)

I mean, I’m not much better putting on Forensic Files so my little brother can fall asleep faster for his nap, then again I’ve never read the promised neverland so I don’t know what happens in that series 🤷
@ONG ZHI EN Moe the Promised Neverland is about orphans who live happily until one of the kids finds out they're being raised as demon food so they make a plan to escape! I heard the ending was bad but I think it's still worth reading.

I love TG so much. The story, its themes and the characters are amazing but the art is what sold me. Breathtaking imo. Sui Ishida is so talented. I'm not a huge fan of gore but TG's wasn't hard to "disgest" so I'd still recommend it to more sensitive people.

Vinland Saga is an amazing story. I'm currently reading the manga but the anime is so good. It's from wit studio and you can tell that by how good the animation and the ost are. I recommend watching s1 and also reading the manga. 🔥
